Abundance is the very nature of our existence.

We come from infinity,

We rest in infinity,

And we are forever returning to infinity.

Our receptivity to this gives us access to all that we truly need and desire in the present moment.

As we rest in this moment,

Let us open our hearts to infinity by tuning into the consciousness of gratitude.

Gratitude opens the portal for abundance to flow naturally and with ease.

Gently breathe into your heart space and allow your mind to settle into thankfulness.

Exhale and release all of your material worries,

Resistance,

And clinging.

Gently breathe into your heart space and allow your mind to settle into thankfulness.

Exhale and release all of your financial worries,

Resistance,

And clinging.

Allow yourself to rest in the fullness of this moment,

The abundance that is ever present in this moment.

As you sit here in your heart space,

Invite the feeling of something or someone you are grateful for to arise.

You can give gratitude to your body,

Your breath,

The day,

Your child,

Or someone you love.

Find just one thing that you are grateful for and allow it to fill your heart with gratitude.

Breathe deeply into your heart space,

Allowing this feeling of gratitude to grow with the expansion of your breath.

Exhale out from your heart and allow this feeling of expansion to be expressed outwards into the field of your experience.

The radiance from your heart informs the atoms that surround you of your presence,

And these atoms inform all the atoms of creation that you are here,

Impregnating them with your presence.

Return to the feeling tone of gratitude.

What are you grateful for in this moment?

Breathe deeply into your heart,

Allowing this feeling of gratitude to grow with the expansion of your breath.

Exhale out from your heart and allow this expansion to be expressed outwards into the field of your experience.

The feeling tone of gratitude impregnates the field of your experience with joy and positive vibrations.

As you rest in gratitude,

You raise your vibration and fall into natural alignment with abundance.

Abundance is not something we attract,

It is a presence we open up to.

Now that you are open,

Ask for and receive what your life needs today,

And only today.
