Today,

A fear.

At home,

My shelter.

In front of me,

Myself.

Myself who I will be tomorrow.

Today,

My fear.

At home,

My shelter.

Looking at myself tomorrow.

Looking deep inside the heart where I see the fear.

All that fear comes together at my heart in a big black ball.

Gathered.

All my fear at my heart.

As I sit and watch my future self,

I see all that fear gathered at the heart.

I want to take that out with all my compassion for myself.

I look at that big black ball of fear at my heart in front of me.

As I look,

I see,

I feel,

I place a nice beautiful flame inside my heart here,

Now,

Today.

That flame in my heart is the compassion I have for that person sitting in front of me and the fear that they have.

With one deep breath,

As I breathe in,

Breathing deep in,

Inhale,

And that big black ball that I see in me,

The fear I will have tomorrow,

Comes rising from my chest,

My heart,

Big black ball coming through.

I breathe in and take it out and now I can see all the black around my future self sitting in front of me and the flame in my heart,

My compassion today,

Looking at my future self.

I can pull all that fear inside the flame to my heart.

Breathing in deep,

It comes into my nostrils,

All the black fear of my future self,

And as soon as it hits the flame,

It will be gone.

Now,

Breathe in,

Allow the black fear to hit the heart.

As long as it hits the heart,

A flame of compassion,

It burns.

I breathe out,

Smoke,

Residue of fear,

Into the air in front of me,

It disappears.

I look at myself in front,

Sitting there,

No longer is there fear,

I take another deep breath in,

And as I release the breath,

The flame,

The love,

I send to the one in front of me,

Me,

My fear,

And give them hope,

Light,

Love.

Now inside the heart of me in the future is bright,

The fear has gone.

Now,

I look upon myself in the future and see the light within,

Light given to myself from myself,

Bright,

Beautiful,

Me,

Sitting in front of me.

I have burned away the fear,

Embrace the love inside,

Give the love to you,

The fear,

Now in my home,

My shelter,

The love I give to me.

I now can share that with you,

Please let me hold your fear in the flame of my compassion in my heart,

Please let me burn away the fear of those around me,

My loved ones,

My neighbors,

My village,

I give the light of the love to burn away the fear of your heart,

Let it go,

And before you open your eyes,

Remember it's the love in your heart that will destroy all the fear,

Three long exhales,

Open your eyes and feel the love within.
