Time to find the center.

So many thoughts and worries and concerns about what tomorrow will bring has been going through your mind.

Time to find the center.

Time to have some stillness in body and mind.

Quiet stillness.

How much can the center of me be still?

While the mind is just scattered.

Too many things to fit into this little room.

Silence is within.

The pulse of the city is quiet,

Piercing silence,

Empty space.

My mind,

I take with me in this small room of me,

Stillness,

Sitting quietly,

Motionless like a stone,

Like a statue.

You sit there in peace within the stillness.

I can hear,

I can listen.

I am the listener of my thoughts.

Which thoughts will I follow today?

The worries,

The uncertainty,

That low level fear,

What will happen tomorrow?

Do I have control of what happens next?

Quiet the mind and focus what happens next.

So many seeds have flowered.

Spring is here.

What happens next?

In this stillness,

Right now,

I can see what I want to happen next.

I have many ideas,

Hopes,

And dreams.

Concentrate on one hope in the next few days that you have.

What do you want to happen next?

In the days to come,

One simple sentence,

Let that be the thought of your mind.

What do I want to see?

Who do I want to be with me?

Where shall it be?

When will this happen?

Write the story in your mind,

In this stillness.

Start from yourself and listen to the dream that you have.

Listen to the story.

If any thought comes to your mind,

Then it must be something that you will see,

That you have seen.

This is the time to dream.

What will happen next?

Where will I be?

One sentence.

Make it a beautiful dream.

Take just a few moments and think of somebody that you know.

Somebody that you could just imagine has that same dream as you.

There is somebody that has that same dream.

Bring them very clear to your mind.

Just say a few words together.

Yes,

I want that to happen too.

And so do you.

How can we do this together?

How can I help you?

Make your dream come true.

There must be a way.

There's always a way.

Can you find that way today?

To imagine how you're going to help this person that wants the same thing as you to happen.

To happen next.

In the days ahead.

There must be one thing that you can do to help them.

Yes.

Quietly.

It still is.

In your own room.

You have helped somebody make their dreams come true.

What will happen next?

Be happy that you took this time.

To make your dream come true.

And to help somebody too.

Be happy.

Smile.

Exhale.

Send out your breath.

To others.

Make a wish.

Exhale.

Give hope.

Exhale.

Open your eyes.

Stay in stillness.

With confidence.

Knowing that you will.

Do as you just meditated upon.

Take joy.

What happens next.

Depends 100%.

On you.

You have the power.
