Sit back and gently watch your day unfold like a movie, from morning to evening, letting each event pass through your mind. With a relaxed breath and a steady spine, focus on one act of kindness that stands out. Was it planned or spontaneous? Feel the joy from that kindness fill your body and resonate through you. Inhale deeply, giving power to your kindness, and exhale as you share it with someone who needs it today. With each breath, renew your own energy, filling yourself with bright blue light, like the sky, and sending love further and further outward. End this meditation with joy, ready for the next opportunity to give.

Sit back and think of your day.

Just quickly running through the sequence of events of your day.

Like a movie,

Let the events roll out,

Watching.

Don't stay on one event.

Just watch it pass through your mind.

You can start from the morning up to the afternoon,

The evening.

Just let them pop up in your mind,

Relaxing your breath as you watch the movie in your mind of the events of the day.

Relax your shoulders.

Breathe deep into the lower part of your abdomen.

Expand the breath,

Just thinking of the events that happened before you sat to meditate.

Inhale deep into the lower part of your body and exhale slowly,

Letting the breath go far and wide.

Inhale all the way deep to where you're sitting.

Expand and exhale,

Slow,

Smooth,

Expand,

Straighten the spine,

Exhale.

Let the breath go naturally,

Softly.

Focus on one thing that stands out from your day.

One event.

We're going to focus about the kindness in that event.

What happened?

Was it planned or spontaneous,

A habit?

What did you do in kindness?

Was your mind dull or sharp when you did it?

Were you aware at the time it was a good thing to do and so on?

Focus on one thing that stands out,

An act of kindness.

Inhale,

Feel the joy from that act of kindness.

Fill your torso and resonate throughout you.

Exhale,

Give power to the kindness within.

Inhale,

Fill yourself with the kindness of you.

Exhale slow and share it with others.

Relax the breath.

Give the power of your kindness.

Give the power to someone who needs some kindness today.

Inhale,

Feel the strength of your love.

Exhale,

Give the power to someone who needs it today.

The energy from you.

Inhale.

And exhale and give it all.

Keep giving.

Keep giving.

Inhale.

Exhale.

And remember to fill yourself with all the energy that you have given to another.

Feel your energy renewed.

Inhale.

Bright light fill your complete body.

Blue light like the sky.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Fill that blue sky.

With all the love that you just gave.

Feel it go further and further.

To someone.

Inhale the joy from giving the gift of love.

And imagine now.

The next event.

When you end this meditation.
