Let's begin by getting into a comfortable position,
Relaxing your body while your mind stays alert,
Closing your eyes,
Making any adjustments that you need to settle into this space,
Taking one deep breath in and out,
Falling deeper and deeper into relaxation as you bring your breathing to your normal rhythm,
That's right,
Focusing on that stillness within yourself,
So captivating,
Drifting deeper and deeper into this space,
Releasing and relaxing,
Which means you are ready to let go because you are allowing yourself to drift deeper and deeper,
Deeper into this space filled with love,
Filled with protection and comfort,
It's a safe space where you can explore all the parts of who you are,
It's a space that is safe but full of magic,
So now with the next in-breath,
I want you to relax and as you continue breathing,
I want you to become aware of that stillness,
That emptiness between the in-breath and the out-breath,
That's right,
The more you focus on the in-breath and the out-breath,
The more comfortable you get,
The easier it is to let go,
The easier it is for you to focus on what is needed in this moment and let go of what is not,
That's right,
The more you tune into that quiet,
Empty space,
That void,
The more it pulls you in,
That's right,
Drifting deeper and deeper,
Becoming more comfortable,
Becoming more excited for that void,
For that nothingness,
Because deep down you know,
Because it is a void,
It is open,
It is limitless and within that void you can create whatever it is that you need,
So taking a few seconds to just absorb that space,
That peace,
That tranquility,
The possibility of creating anything and everything is in your hands,
Taking a moment to relax and ease into that space,
That's right,
Letting your eyes get heavier,
Relaxing your jaw and relaxing your cheeks,
Lowering your shoulders and shaking off any tension,
Again,
We are only here to focus on what is needed,
We are letting go of what is not,
Relaxing your arms,
All the way down to your hands,
Softening your stomach,
Maybe taking notice of how your legs feel,
How heavy they get,
How comfortable they are and how your feet are slowly disappearing into the space that you've created for yourself,
Melting deeper and deeper into relaxation,
Feel your body,
Notice and become aware of what you are experiencing in this moment,
The comfort,
The knowing that in this moment moving forward,
Things are different,
Things have changed,
That's right,
So I want you to imagine that you're a little girl and you're running around,
Playing outside,
Just enjoying your time and as you're playing and you're running around,
There's this soft breeze coming through and as this breeze is coming through,
You take a moment to look up and as you look up,
You notice there's a little leaf,
A bright green little leaf,
As you watch this leaf,
It's going from left to right,
From right to left and it's shifting and it's swifting and it's swaying,
Gently making its way down to the ground,
Slowly,
That's right,
The more you focus on this leaf,
The more relaxed you feel,
The deeper you go and the more comfortable you get,
Allowing yourself to breathe,
Allowing yourself to relax and as you take a next deep breath in and you release anything that's not serving you in this moment,
That's right,
As this leaf makes its way down,
It touches you on your face,
I want you to become aware of your surroundings,
Any people talking,
Any cars driving by,
Any sudden sounds or movements,
Anything that is not serving you in this moment,
We're putting that in the back of your mind and we'll get to it at a later stage,
Everything is serving a purpose for you right now,
The sounds,
The noises,
The people,
The nature,
Every little thing that draws your attention is taking you deeper and deeper into the state of peace and tranquility,
That's right,
So now that you are aware of yourself as a little girl,
I want you to take a moment and spin around,
I don't know which of your senses will come up first,
You know,
Are you hearing anything?
Are you sensing anything?
What does this place look like?
Is there any specific details that come up?
It's not for you to understand,
It's not for you to know or to speak of,
This is a safe space for you,
Let your imagination run wild,
This could be a memory of a distant place,
It could be something totally made up or it could be something that you're longing for,
The only thing that you're responsible for in this moment is to observe,
Take in as much of this place as possible,
The colors,
The feelings,
The structures,
The nature,
Notice how this place is presenting itself to you and let that be enough,
Maybe you notice and become aware of how you're feeling,
The temperature around you,
The temperature of your body,
Is it a cool night,
Is it a hot day or is it something completely different,
Once again something you haven't explored yet and that's okay,
Taking a moment to feel,
To sense the energy of this space,
Taking a moment to listen,
Listen to the sounds of this environment,
Of this safe space that you've created,
Is it a song that you've loved your entire life or is it something completely new to your ears,
Is there a voice in the distance or is it completely silent,
Anything and everything that comes up in this moment is perfect and in the last part of this exploration,
I want you to take a moment and become aware of how you are feeling in this space,
So for the next couple of breaths,
In breath,
Just taking your time,
I want you to be more aware,
To notice more,
To listen more to what you're feeling,
That's right,
That's beautiful,
Taking a moment to notice,
Taking a moment to realize that you're not alone in this space,
In fact there's more beings and more support in this place than you'll ever need,
You've never been alone,
You never will be,
Now in the distance,
I want you to imagine,
Pretend or visualize that there's a being,
This being can look like anything or anyone,
Again it can be something made up,
This being is here to nurture you,
To love you,
To give you meaningful advice,
To create a safe space and by doing that,
This being will help you to let go of abandonment,
The fear of abandonment,
The fear of rejection,
The fear of missing out and the fear of not being good enough,
Taking a deep breath in and relaxing into that knowledge,
That wisdom,
As this being is making its way closer to you,
I want you to take notice of how you're feeling,
What are the sensations your body is experiencing,
Taking a few deep breaths in,
Taking a few deep breaths in and out,
Another deep breath in and another deep breath out,
That's right,
Now as this being is approaching you,
Standing still in front of you,
I want you to look up,
I want you to take in the beauty and the glory of what is in front of you,
That's right,
I want you to realize how far you have come,
But to know that this is also just a halfway point,
There's so much more to explore,
If you look into your horizons and you see the version of your life that you want to experience,
I want you to tap into that energy,
That force,
That world,
I want you to know and trust that that is a reality and that is something you will experience and as you're looking up at this being and you're noticing their beauty,
Their wisdom,
Their grace,
I also want you to know that this is the version of yourself that will be creating and experiencing the life that you want to live,
So taking a deep breath in,
I want you to ask this being one question,
This could be anything from what words they have to share with you,
What wisdom they have,
This could even be a silly question like what do you need to eat for dinner,
It doesn't matter,
I want you to open up conversation,
Connection with this being,
I also want you to be aware of how easy it is to get an answer,
Take notice in whether this being answers you in full sentences,
Feelings,
Emotions or pictures,
You've experienced this in this session already,
You've noticed the place that you're surrounded by,
You've noticed the feelings,
So in this moment you are fully equipped to hear and understand what this being is saying to you,
So I'm going to give you a few minutes of peace and quiet,
Allowing you to have a conversation,
Remembering that it starts with one question,
Taking a deep breath in,
In this moment I want you to remember,
I want you to remember a time,
A time where you felt completely safe,
Completely loved and completely supported,
That's right,
Taking that memory,
Taking that realization and bringing it into this moment,
I want you to anchor this feeling into your physical body,
Every time that you feel you need that safety,
You need that love and that support,
I want you to place your right hand on your heart,
That's right,
Let's test it,
Taking your right hand and placing it on your heart,
As you do that,
I want you to become more aware,
More tuned into your heartbeat,
Just listening to the rhythm of your heart,
Listening to the beat,
The more in tune you are with that,
The easier it will be to dance,
The easier it will be to explore and have fun with the life that you are busy creating and manifesting,
So as you listen to that heartbeat,
As you listen to that rhythm,
I want you to remember that you are loved,
That you are nurtured and that you are supported,
That's right,
So again looking and observing at this beautiful being in front of you,
I want you to come to the realization that this being is a version of yourself,
One that has already partially integrated the healings,
The teachings and the wisdom of today and as you realize that,
This being is bringing out their hand,
Holding it out for you and if you're ready to heal and step into that wisdom and that knowledge,
To merge with that being,
This is the time,
Taking a moment and reaching out,
Taking your hand,
That's right,
With the next deep breath in,
I want you to take a step and merge with this being,
Thinking their thoughts,
Feeling their feelings and experiencing life through their energy,
That's right,
Now that you've merged with this being that has already partially integrated the teachings and the wisdoms of this session,
You become aware of that feeling of having a purpose again,
Of feeling excited,
Of having something to look forward to and as you do that and you look forward,
You notice there's another being,
There's something different,
This being has all the wisdom and all the knowledge that you need,
They've already experienced life,
They've endured the challenges,
They know the end and the beginning and as you are experiencing this being,
They are holding out their hand,

Taking a deep breath in,
If you're ready to fully know and understand your purpose,
Your dream and your knowledge and your wisdom,
I want you to take a step in and merge with this being,
Taking a deep breath in and out,
Stepping in and merging,
That's right,
Thinking their thoughts,
Feeling their feelings,
That's right,
Experiencing life through this energy,
This being and as you complete this cycle,
This merging,
I want you to take a look at your horizons,
Yes,
Not just one but multiple of them because once again,
This is a place where there is limitless possibilities for you to experience joy,
Love,
Happiness,
To have a sensation of purpose,
Of meaning and it's all yours,
So just taking a few moments to embrace it and breathe it in,
With each in-breath,
You're drawing in the resources of your own spiritual side,
Your own spiritual higher self,
With each out-breath,
You're making space for these energies,
These new beliefs,
These new views to settle in,
So let's do that for three breaths,
Taking a deep breath in,
And releasing and expanding,
Making space for more,
Taking another deep breath in and out,
Making space,
That's right,
Taking another deep breath in and breathing out,
Relaxing,
Making space and creating a new bubble of love,
Support and safety,
That's right,
So now just taking a few moments to feel this amazing feeling taking a moment to become one with it,
You know,
Maybe placing your hand on your heart again if it's not still there and just syncing the rhythm of your heart with this amazing feeling that's right,
Now whenever you're ready whenever you're willing,
You can slowly bring your awareness back to this moment taking a bit of time,
Slowly,
Realizing how the energy of this feeling is starting at your feet wiggling your toes,
Wiggling your feet,
Bringing it up a little bit all the way up to your sacral chakra,
You notice that there's a warm sensation something exciting,
You know,
Being born in your life,
Taking another deep breath in,
Bringing it up all the way to your heart,
Where it's starting to beat a little faster,
It's starting to get excited,
It's starting to get ready,
Coming up all the way up into your crown chakra,
Where all the wisdom is shoot out into the sky,
That's right,
Now feeling refreshed and energized,
You're coming back all the way back to this reality,
Feeling like a new version of yourself as it should be taking a deep breath in and out,
That's right,
Allowing yourself to slowly and gently adjust to this moment carrying this excitement with you,
