In today's meditation,
We take a walk through the forest embracing love.
Take a deep breath in and slowly exhale.
Allow your body to settle,
Your thoughts to soften,
Let your shoulders drop and your eyes close gently.
Just breathe here for a moment,
Finding your center.
Imagine this,
You are standing at the edge of a lush ancient forest,
The air is fresh and cool,
Filled with the scent of pine and moss.
Sunlight filters through what feels like a canopy above from the beautiful lush trees,
Painting golden patterns of light on the forest floor.
A narrow path winds ahead,
Inviting you in.
With each step,
Your feet press gently into the soft earth and the sounds of the outside world begin to fade away.
The voices in your head get quieter,
Your heartbeat calmer.
In this softness you've embraced within yourself,
You notice that the birds are singing like wind chimes in the distance,
Whispering a language only your soul understands.
As you walk deeper into the forest,
You notice something magical.
Tiny golden leaves are drifting down from the trees,
And as you reach out to touch one with such curiosity,
You realize these are not leaves at all.
They are bills of money,
Soft and fluttering like feathers,
Landing gently in your hands,
At your feet,
And even one resting upon your shoulder like a butterfly finding a safe place to land.
With such amazement,
You look up,
And above you,
The trees are full.
The leaves are transitioning,
One by one,
Into this beautiful gold money,
Branches feeling heavy with abundance.
Currency of all kinds glimmer in the light,
Dollars,
Euros,
Coins,
Gold foil nestled in the leaves like nature's offering.
You stand there with your arms wide out,
Feeling it graze you as it falls,
Your head tilted up to the sky,
Staring in amazement,
Taking it all in.
You feel no greed,
No urgency.
There is plenty,
Endlessly falling like a blessing just for you.
You reach out and let it fall into your open palms.
Each note carries not only value,
But intention.
Security,
Freedom,
Joy,
And ease.
The more you receive,
The lighter you feel.
You are in harmony with this forest.
You are not taking.
You are graciously receiving,
And the trees are so glad to give.
You walk on the path beneath you,
Shimmering with abundance.
You feel the vibration of wealth,
Not just in your hands,
But in your heart.
Here,
In this sacred forest,
You are deeply supported.
Here,
Wealth is natural.
Here,
Money grows on trees because you are aligned with your highest self,
The one who is open,
Worthy,
And ready to thrive.
You pause,
Take a deep breath in,
Feel the forest all around you,
And gently exhale.
Letting this feeling settle into every part of your body.
This peace,
This ease,
This knowing.
You are abundant.
You are supported.
You are enough.
As you continue to walk through the forest,
Feeling deeply supported,
So incredibly abundant,
You realize this is a reflection of the life around you.
There is always more wealth.
It's all around you.
And with this deep,
Deep awareness,
You begin to exit the forest,
Ready to return to your magical life,
Feeling so rich,
So wealthy,
So seen,
And so supported.
You come into your day knowing that wealth is there to support you,
And all you have to do is be open to receive.
And with that,
I invite you to slowly bring your awareness back to the present moment,
Wiggling your fingers and your toes.
Open your eyes slowly,
Trusting in this magic.
And as you continue through your day,
Know that the forest is within you.
The abundance is already yours.
