As we begin today's meditation,
Reprogramming your subconscious,
I invite you to lay down comfortably in your bed,
On your back if possible,
Whenever it feels comfortable to you.
Allow your arms to rest gently at your sides,
Palms facing up,
Close your eyes and let your body sink into the mattress.
Now,
Take a nice set of slow,
Deep breaths in and out,
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
Allow yourself to become aware of the space around your body here in the darkness.
Feel yourself floating in this vast,
Peaceful space.
With each exhale,
Let your body sink into heaviness,
Sinking deeper and deeper into relaxation,
Releasing the day completely.
As you prepare for sleep,
Recognize that this is the perfect time to let go of who you were today.
Let go of any stress from the day,
It is now over.
Let go of any emotions that no longer serve you,
Let them dissolve into the darkness.
Say gently to yourself,
With a quiet whisper,
I release my past self with love and gratitude.
As I sleep,
I am transformed.
Your subconscious mind is most receptive right now,
Here in this state between waking and sleeping.
This state right now is where real change happens.
As your body rests,
Feel yourself merging with the infinite field of possibilities that exist in the darkness around you.
In this field while you sleep,
Anything can be reorganized,
Any pattern can be changed,
Any future can be created.
You don't have to do anything,
Simply be present with the knowing that this transformation is happening.
Feel yourself floating in the sea of pure potential,
Totally safe,
Fully supported,
Held by the universe around you.
Now,
With gentle intention,
Imagine waking up tomorrow as the person you choose to be.
Allow gentle images and feelings to arise about who this person may be.
How would you feel when you wake up?
Are you refreshed,
Peaceful,
Excited about your day?
Are you confident?
Are you whole?
Begin to generate these feelings now,
Softly like a gentle wave washing through your body.
Feel gratitude as if your ideal tomorrow has already happened,
As if you've already lived it.
Let your body learn what this new day feels like before it even arrives.
Now,
Speaking directly to your subconscious mind,
Repeat these words,
As I sleep tonight,
Reorganize my neural pathways for my highest good,
Remove any patterns that no longer serve me,
Heal and restore every cell in my body.
Show me solutions in my dreams.
Wake me tomorrow as my greatest self.
Trust that this intelligence knows exactly what to do.
Let your body sink heavier and heavier,
Letting go completely.
As you drift deeper towards sleep,
You're entering the theta brainwave state,
The state where your subconscious mind is wide open.
In this state,
Every thought you think and feel is programming your future.
Feel yourself already living as the best version of you.
Already healed.
Already whole.
Already wealthy.
Already loved.
These are not just thoughts,
They're instructions to your body and your reality.
Let these new patterns sink deep into your subconscious as you drift and drift and drift.
It's time to let go completely.
Release all efforts.
Slow your thoughts.
Trust that as you sleep,
Your mind is renewing you.
Old patterns are being deleted.

As you drift off to sleep,
