As we begin,
We invite you to find a comfortable position in bed,
Closing your eyes and letting your breath come naturally.
Allow each affirmation to settle gently in your mind.
We will begin by releasing the day.
Take slow,
Deep breaths between each affirmation.
I release all the tensions and worries of today.
My body is ready to rest and restore itself.
I have done enough today and I am enough.
Any mistakes I made today are opportunities for growth.
I let go of what I cannot control.
Peace flows through every part of my being.
And now we step into gratitude and appreciation.
I am grateful for the gift of this day.
My heart is filled with appreciation for the good moments I experience.
I acknowledge my efforts and progress,
No matter how big or small.
I am thankful for my body that carries me through each day.
Gratitude surrounds me like a warm,
Comforting blanket.
I appreciate the safety and comfort of my bed.
Stepping into self-compassion and acceptance.
I treat myself with the same kindness I would show a dear friend.
I am worthy of love,
Rest and peaceful sleep.
I accept myself exactly as I am in this moment.
My imperfections make me beautifully human.
I forgive any negative thoughts I had today.
And now we invite trust and safety.
I trust in my body's natural ability to heal and restore during sleep.
I am safe and protected in this moment.
The Universe supports my highest good,
Even as I sleep.
I trust that tomorrow will bring new possibility.
My dreams will be peaceful and restorative.
I am exactly where I need to be right now.

It's time to surrender.
My mind becomes quiet and still like a calm lake.
With each breath,
I sink deeper and deeper into tranquility.
Sleep comes naturally and easily for me.
I surrender to the peaceful embrace of rest.
My body melts into the mattress,
Completely relaxed.
I drift off to sleep,
Feeling loved,
Peaceful and whole.
