Good morning,
Dear one.
Wherever you are right now.
I invite you to let yourself arrive here fully.
Just for these next few minutes.
You can keep your eyes open,
Softly resting on something in front of you.
Or if it feels right,
You can let them close.
Whatever feels most awake for you right now.
Let's begin by taking up a little more space than you have been lately.
Roll your shoulders back.
Lift through the crown of your head.
And let your spine feel long.
Easy.
And awake.
Now take a breath in through your nose.
Nice and full.
Feeling it rise up through your chest.
And let it go with a soft sigh out through your mouth.
One more like that.
Breathing in.
.
.
Drawing in freshness.
Drawing in wakefulness.
And release.
Letting go of any heaviness that may be lingering from your sleep.
And from here,
Let your breath find its own natural rhythm.
No need to control it.
Just notice it slightly moving.
And with each breath,
Imagine drawing in light entering with your breath.
And with each exhale,
The light spreads.
Through your chest.
Down your arms.
Into your hands.
Now take a moment.
To notice your body exactly as it is this morning.
No judgement,
Just information.
Where do you feel energy already?
Where do you feel a little sluggish or slow?
Both are welcome here.
You don't have to fix anything.
This is you,
Simply arriving.
Now bring your attention to your hands.
Feel them.
Noticing any sensation of warmth or tingling.
Perhaps you glide your hand through the air and feel.
A gentle breeze through your fingers.
And slowly open and close your hands.
Like you're waking up each finger.
And let's bring some energy into the body now.
Inhaling deeply through your nose.
And as you exhale,
Imagine breathing energy down from your chest.
Through your stomach.
Into your lungs.
And all the way down to your feet.
One more breath,
Just like that.
Gathering the light.
And exhaling,
Sending it all the way down.
Grounding you into the day ahead.
And now that we're grounded.
I invite you to take a moment for intention and ask yourself quietly.
What is the one thing that matters most today?
Not your whole to-do list,
Just one thing.
And let that answer arrive on its own.
No rushing.
And hold this intention gently,
Like you're holding something you wouldn't want to spill.
And take one more full breath in.
Feeling awake,
Clear and present.
And as you exhale.
Let a smile touch your face.
It sounds small,
But it tells your body.
I am ready.
And begin to deepen your breath now.
Bringing more movement back into your body.
Wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Roll your neck gently side to side.
Let your gaze soften and begin to open.
You are awake.
You are clear.
You are ready for the day.
And carry this focus with you into your first task.
Your first conversation.
Your first breath of the day ahead.
And with that,
My beautiful friend,
Have a wonderful morning.
