So please find a comfortable position and gently close your eyes.
Take a deep slow breath in and exhale fully,
Letting your body soften and relax.
Now,
Imagine yourself standing outside at the very beginning of the day.
The world is quiet and still,
There rise and glow softly and the first rays of the morning sun reach out to touch you.
Feel the warmth of the sun as it brushes against your skin.
It is golden,
Gentle and full of life.
With each inhale,
Breathe in this radiant sunlight and with each exhale,
Release any heaviness or tension from your body.
Visualize this light flowing into the top of your head and slowly moving down through your face,
Your neck and your shoulders.
It fills your chest and heart,
Glowing brighter with every heartbeat.
The golden light spreads through your arms and your hands and flows through your belly,
Your hips,
Your legs and your feet.
Every cell,
Every fiber of your being,
Every organ is bathed in this warm,
Radiant light.
It energizes you,
Revitalizes you and awakens your inner joy.
Feel this sunlight moving through you,
Filling you from the inside out.
Your body glows.
Your spirit shines.
You are illuminated by your own inner radiance.
Now imagine this light beginning to shine outwards from you.
It spreads around you,
Touching everything you encounter today.
Your presence brings warmth,
Joy and love.
You are the morning sunshine,
Brightening the world wherever you go.
Your light inspires,
Uplifts and nurtures those around you.
Take a deep,
Grounding breath in and feel this golden energy fully settle into you,
Knowing it will remain with you throughout the day,
Guiding you,
Energizing you and radiating from you.
Silently or aloud affirm,
I am the light.
I am the morning sunshine.
Joy and radiance wherever I go.
My light shines from within and touches the world.
Take one final deep breath in and slowly open your eyes.
