Dear Friend, Whether you are on the threshold of change, entering a new season, or simply ready to release what no longer serves you — this 33-minute Yoga Nidra (also known as NSDR or Non-Sleep Deep Rest) is for you. Within the deep rest state of Yoga Nidra, neuroplasticity is possible. Here, we can rewire the nervous system for calm, safety, and ease, shed limiting beliefs, and instead cultivate beliefs that support our highest good. We will take more time than usual during this practice to develop your heart’s deepest intention, or Sankalpa. We’ll plant it with care, first as the mind becomes receptive, and again in the deepest state of rest, where it can take root most fully. This practice is for EVERYbody — all bodies, backgrounds, and levels of experience. All of you is welcome here, just as you are.
