
Mindfulness Meditation To Awaken Your Senses

Dear Friend, In this 9-minute guided mindfulness meditation, you’ll be gently led to awaken your senses. We will briefly explore seeing, hearing, tasting, smelling, and feeling our present moment experience. You will then be invited to focus more deeply on one sense, welcoming your unfolding experience with kindness and curiosity. If accessing any of these senses is activating or not available for you - know that multiple options will be provided. This practice is great for starting your day, reducing stress, or taking a grounding break to come into presence.
