My name is Jeremiah Hoft and together we're going to work to reprogram your subconscious mind for more joy and inner peace.
By using the subconscious mind while we sleep and suggesting affirmations and beliefs to it,
We can program into the deeper layers of our psyche new ways of being and believing.
These affirmations have been selected with intention to be trauma informed and aware so they can guide you closer to a sense of truly feeling like joy and inner peace are available to you without suggesting that you're there already fully joyous and fully embracing inner peace because sometimes the truth is it takes a while to shift a belief and fully drop in to a new way of being and believing.
We will begin this sleep affirmations track as always with a guided meditation of progressive relaxation.
So find a comfortable place in your bed,
Gather an eye mask if you wish and feel free to pause this track before we begin.
You can do those things now.
All right now that you're comfortably situated in your bed,
Comfortably lying underneath your blankets,
Supported by the softness of the mattress,
Go ahead and close your eyes and just bring your awareness to the weight of your body into the bed and the ability of your comfortable bed to fully support your weight and underneath it the earth supporting the bed,
Feeling yourself sinking deeper and deeper into the comfort of your safe space to sleep and rest and nourish your body and being.
Start by bringing your awareness to each individual toe,
Starting with the pinky toes and then the next one,
Slowly moving over to your big toes,
Just moving your conscious awareness through these digits and then to the pads of your feet,
To the tops of your feet,
To your ankles and as you breathe out,
Just relaxing your body,
Letting any tension leave your body on the exhale,
Any negative energy at all,
Just whispering away with your breath as you move your awareness now to your calves and shins,
To your knees and thighs,
Letting the tension go,

Releasing and easing into the support of that comfy cozy bed.
With your awareness traveling now up further into the hips,
The abdomen and lower back,

This is absolutely perfect. Your voice is so soothing. What I love about this meditation are the affirmations them selves. The mind is powerful and you can tell your self something all day long but unless you feel it in your body, mind and spirit it is still just words. “I am learning” is strong with me. My mind can’t argue with that. 😁. I will continue to listen. Today I woke up feeling 5% clearer. I will go through my day with more clarity if gratitude because these affirmations are resonating in my heart as well. Thank you.
