Hello,
Dear soul,
And welcome to the Library of Ecos,
A timeless space where the past,
The present,
And the future meet.
Here,
My voice will be your companion,
Carrying ancient stories that heal,
Inspire,
And awaken your heart.
So close your eyes,
Breath deeply,
And allow the echoes of the past to guide you within.
This will be a guided meditation,
The Legend of the Feather Crest.
I will guide you through this meditation with my voice and my bow.
With every bow sound,
You will reach the next phase.
Now,
Close your eyes,
Take a slow deep breath in,
And breathe out gently.
Just feel as the air going through your nose,
Into your lung,
And going out through your mouth.
Just breathe slowly.
With every inhale,
Fresh energy flows into you.
With every exhale,
You release all tensions.
As you slowly breathing and feeling the tensions release,
Now feel your body from the top of your head to your feet.
Feel as your shoulders soften,
Your chest relax,
Your arms,
Your legs,
All becoming lighter and lighter.
Just breathe.
You are doing good.
You are safe.
You are at peace.
Now,
Imagine yourself standing in a wide open meadow.
The horizon stretches endlessly,
And the air carries the whisper of the wind.
Let the wind scribble your chin,
Your chest,
Your arms.
Feel the caress of the wind among the tall grasses.
You realize you are the feather grass.
Your body is slender,
Graceful,
Swaying gently with each breath of the breeze.
The wind moves you,
Bends you.
Feel your roots deep in the earth,
And hold you strong.
You are bold,
So every movement becomes a dance with the wind.
A dance of freedom.
There is no need to resist,
Only to allow the wind to carry you while the earth keeps you safe.
As the wind flows through you,
It takes away every burden,
The weight of the past,
The worries of the present.
They are lifted and carried away.
You simply bend,
Flow and release,
And with every wave of the wind,
You feel stronger.
Flexible,
Yet unbroken,
Yet full of bone,
Of the feather grass lives in you.
Resilience grows,
It's time to slowly return.
Say goodbye to the meadow for now.
As you stand in front of the meadow,
You know that you can come back whenever you need.
This freedom and peace will always live inside you.
Take a deep nourishing breath,
And as you breathe out,
Slowly begin to move your fingers,
Your toes.
Gently roll your shoulders,
Your neck,
Whenever you are ready.
Slowly open your eyes.
The softness of the wind and the strength of your roots into the rest of your day.
