Welcome to five senses of self-love guided meditation.

Find a comfortable place,

Quiet place without distractions.

Set your space up with pillows or blankets.

Maybe you grab your favorite sacred objects to bring into your space with you.

Maybe you light a candle or grab your favorite essential oil.

Just take a moment to bring into your space things that bring you joy.

And when you're ready,

Lie down on your back and begin to take deep long breaths.

Inhaling fully and exhaling completely.

Close your eyes.

Allow your body to feel supported and relaxed.

Each body part sinks and melts deeper into the earth,

Releasing any feelings of tension or tightness held in the body.

Allow the breath to go to these places and use the breath to help relax,

Soften,

And melt every part of your body deep into the earth.

Place your hands over your chest and give yourself a gentle squeeze as if you're giving yourself a hug.

And from here,

Just use your sense of touch and intuition to begin touching yourself in a pleasurable and comfortable way.

Softly caress your shoulders and your chest and your neck and even your forehead and your face.

Maybe you move to your stomach and your hips or your thighs,

Just lovingly giving your physical body some attention.

Moving your hands anywhere on the body that feels good to you.

Not to think about it,

Just allow your hands and your intuition to guide you where they need to go.

Gently caressing yourself.

Continue to give yourself this healing and loving touch if it continues to feel good for you.

And begin saying either out loud or in your mind,

I love myself.

I love myself.

I love myself.

Continue this process of touch and sound,

Caressing your beautiful radiant body,

Saying,

I love myself.

Now imagine yourself and see yourself in your own radiance,

Shining out love and light from the heart center,

This love and light encapsulates your entire body,

Extending out around you.

You see inside this bubble surrounding you energy of love,

Light,

And joy.

This can look like anything.

It can be any color,

Any image,

Any shape.

Whatever love looks like to you,

See it,

Visualize it.

You created this energetic field around you.

Inside this bubble of light and love is your favorite piece of fruit.

You walk over to this beautiful,

Delicious piece of fruit.

You pick it up and you smell it,

Feel what it feels like in your hand,

And maybe you take a bite of this most delicious piece of fruit.

Taste buds and your sense of smell are lighting up with joy over this delightful treat.

Give yourself the pleasure of being fully in all of your senses,

Being intimate with the experience.

What does this piece of fruit taste like to you?

The juice gently running down your chin.

Take another bite,

Smell it again.

Now do what's pleasurable to you.

Do you want to take another bite of that fruit?

Do you want to smell your favorite smells?

Do you want to caress your body once again?

Or do you want to lay quietly telling yourself,

I love myself.

I love myself.

Do you want to lay quietly and visualize this loving,

Shining,

Radiant light surrounding you?

Do what feels pleasurable to you.

Trust whatever it is for you that you want.

Give yourself what you need,

What you desire.

Self-love is trusting your own pleasure and your sense of desire and then giving yourself that.

Take a few moments loving yourself with all your senses,

Tasting your favorite fruit,

Your favorite smells,

Seeing yourself bathed in love and light,

Hearing you tell yourself,

I love myself,

Yourself lovingly and tenderly.

Go wherever your heart desires.

I will gently bring you back in just a few moments.

Begin to feel your body supported on the earth.

Bring your awareness back into the room,

Feeling your fingers.

Take a moment here to find a sense of groundedness before you get back to your day and take what you learned from this experience about loving yourself into your whole day and know that you are loved.
