Hello and welcome to your energy protection meditation.
My name is Lauren and I'll be guiding you through your practice.
This meditation can be done at any time throughout the day.
I personally recommend in the morning,
Maybe even while you're still in your bed.
To get started,
Enter into a comfortable position for you.
I recommend sitting up tall with a strong spine,
However any other position is more than welcome.
Once you find your shape,
Take up space and know that you are worthy to do so.
Once you're there,
Either soften your eye gaze or close your eyes completely and drop into this moment.
Notice your body.
Notice the space you take up.
Notice your breath.
Notice your inhale and your exhale.
Be here now in the present and start to become aware of the crown of your head,
The top of your head and imagine that it's open as if the rim of a glass,
An empty glass,
And your body,
Your physical being is the empty glass.
Above your head,
Above the crown of your head,
This opening that's being created,
There is a jug of warm liquid honey-like substance.
This jug of warm gold honey-like substance starts to pour in to the crown of your head.
It oozes all the way down to your body.
It fills you up.
It rises from your toes,
Your feet,
Your ankles,
Your calves,
Up to your knees,
Your thighs,
Your hips,
Your lower back,
Your lower belly,
Your mid-belly,
Your mid-back,
Your upper back,
Your shoulders,
Your arms,
Filling your arms down to your fingertips,
To your chest,
Your heart space,
Up to your neck,
Your jaw,
Your ears,
Your eyes,
Your forehead,
All the way up,
Completely filling you to the top,
To the brim with this gold warm liquid honey-like substance.
And once you are completely filled to the brim with this gold liquid warm honey-like substance,
It begins to solidify as if a gold statue.
And then this gold liquid warm honey oozes out at the top of the crown of your head,
And it starts to melt.
It starts to melt over your skin,
Acting like a second skin or maybe it's become a sphere around your body.
Either way it is engulfing you,
Completely wrapping its way around you like a warm hug or a warm heated blanket.
This gold liquid honey-like substance completely wraps its way around your body.
There is no holes,
There is no dents,
It is completely and utterly covering you from every inch.
It starts to solidify around your body.
It's reflective in nature and nothing impure can penetrate pure gold.
This energy protection from within continues from now and from this point onwards.
Take a deep inhale,
Fill up completely,
Breathe in,
Sigh it out,
Let it go,
Exhale.
Take your time here.

Only and only when both of your eyes want to open,
You open them together.
