Through soulful yoga, deeply nourishing meditations, and gentle energy healing, she creates sacred spaces where people can release, renew, and transform. Based in the small community of Bobcaygeon, Ontario, Lauren treasures guiding in-person classes that inspire, nurture, and bring students home to their bodies, minds, and spirits. One of her greatest joys is leading retreats in Canada, Costa Rica, and beyond - sharing meaningful time together and witnessing the magic that naturally unfolds when participants step away from daily life and into sacred space. Her deepest intention is to help others slow down, breathe deeply, and remember the wholeness that has always been within them. Lauren’s passion and purpose is to raise the vibration of the collective energy field with each practice and offering, spreading more love and light into the world.
