All that you are.

How did you come to be?

What beautiful magic inspired to create you and all the unique cells that give you your life.

Your life.

A montage of moments that shaped and molded you into the person you are.

With more moments and changes to come.

But here you are.

Now.

In this moment.

Think about how far you've come.

How you've made it through every day of your life so far no matter what.

At times you were dancing through.

And at other times you were dragging your feet.

And yet here you are.

Having achieved all you have achieved.

Even attempt and failure is a success to the soul.

Knowing all your learnings and lessons.

Having all of your gifts and your insights to share with the world and with others.

Here you are.

Your body.

Working at its best to carry you through this life so that you can live in ease and prosperity.

Think of all that you have.

That which has manifested into your life because of you,

Another or some unexplained magic.

And how perhaps you are where you intended to be.

Remember when you wanted to be where you are now.

If that doesn't resonate and you are experiencing a challenging time in your life then ask yourself to appreciate the opportunity to grow and transform through this adversity.

It is in these moments where we need to count our blessings more than ever.

Your thoughts are believable.

You can choose to believe negative thoughts as well as positive ones.

By attuning your attention to the positives in your life you will begin to notice more.

What are three things you are grateful for right now?

Tomorrow think of another three things and continue the day after that.

They might be the same things.

That's okay.

Gradually you can expand your thinking to be grateful for more and more.

This world is amazing and full of possibility.

You are amazing and full of possibility.

And someone,

Somewhere is also grateful that you exist.
