This meditation offers a gentle invitation to allow your experience just as it is, without needing to change, improve, or control anything. You’ll begin by settling into awareness, then opening to whatever is present, whether sensations, thoughts, or emotions. By softening resistance, this practice can support a deeper sense of ease and acceptance. Instead of pushing away discomfort or grasping for something different, you’re learning to rest with what is already here. This meditation is part of a 30-day series designed to support a consistent daily practice, whether you are new to meditation or returning again. Nothing needs to be different in this moment. Just let things be as they are.
