
Day 22: All Encompassing Awareness
This meditation invites you to open awareness to include everything arising in your experience. Rather than focusing on a single object, you’ll allow sounds, sensations, thoughts, and emotions to come and go within a wider field of knowing. By resting in this more inclusive awareness, the practice can support a sense of balance and ease. Nothing is excluded or held onto—everything is allowed to appear and pass in its own way. This meditation is part of a 30-day series designed to support a consistent daily practice, whether you are new to meditation or returning again.
