Beginning with a comfortable posture, you’ll gently follow each inhale and exhale, supporting a sense of continuity and ease. As attention becomes more stable, this practice can deepen calm and quiet the movement of the mind. Rather than shifting between different experiences, you’re allowing awareness to remain grounded with the breath.
