Present Moment Awareness is simply to be aware of what your thoughts are doing, or aware of the task at hand, a gentle focus, a clarity of what is present. This state leads up to Open Awareness, or awareness without judgment. Finally we land in Pure or Loving Awareness; there is no judgment to be aware of, as it no longer exists in this state. Bliss, freedom, True Self, whatever you decide to call it, this is who you truly are. P.S. If you turn up the volume around 23.5 minutes, you can hear my sweet kitty purring (that's PURE Awareness!).
