Join us for a supportive and restful meditation practice that also adds to your ocular health by strengthening eye muscles, relieving strain we may retain from digital and technology use, and receiving the rest our eyes need. Our amazing eyes do SO much for us throughout the day. Our eyes also have so much to do with our brain activity, and we'll spend a little time with some tiny eye movements that will help us focus, then settle into rest. The simplest action, closing your eyes, can give you a tiny moment of rest anytime you need it. These little moments also help with overall eye health; just like you might exercise your body for physical health, we can do the same with our eyes!
