Hello,
It's me,
Lorraine K.
Rudolph,
Also known as L Star R,
Founder of the Self Sovereign Studio.
Today,
I come to you guided by my intuition and by the wisdom blessed upon me by my teachers,
Matt and Ashley Schaefer,
And Louisa Dorian,
Founder and team leaders of Mastery of Magnetism,
Frank Macari,
Founder of the Thriving Coach Academy,
And my Reiki master,
Kelly Strolls.
I humbly welcome you to today's meditation.
As we begin,
I want you to check in with your body and get as comfortable as possible,
Wherever you are.
Whether you are sitting,
Standing,
Lying down,
Or even driving in a car,
There is a place for you here.
Let's take a moment to move through the body together,
Starting with your face,
Notice what's there.
Any tension in your jaw,
Your forehead,
Around your eyes,
Just allow whatever needs to adjust to adjust.
Move your awareness down to your neck,
Your shoulders,
Let them drop,
Your arms,
Your hands,
Your chest,
Your back,
Your stomach,
Your hips,
Your legs.
As you settle in,
Feel the groundness of gravity beneath you,
Not as pressure as support,
The earth holding you exactly where you are.
Don't rest.
In for four counts,
Hold for seven,
And out for eight.
And if you're not operating any machinery and you feel so inclined,
You are welcome to gently close your eyes.
If you are operating machinery or simply prefer to keep your eyes open,
That is perfectly okay too.
You are still fully here.
You are here,
You are held,
You are exactly where you are supposed to be,
Right now.
Take one more slow breath in.
And as you exhale,
I want you to consider the possibility that you are not the same person who woke up this morning.
Not because anything dramatic happened,
Because something is stirring in you.
Something is ready to move.
This meditation is about rebirth.
Not the pretty packaged version of rebirth.
Not a new season wardrobe or a vision board or a fresh start that looks good on the outside.
The real kind.
The messy,
Scared,
Terrifying,
Sacred,
Beautiful kind.
The kind where something in you has to die.
So that something truer can live.
Here's what I've learned about rebirth.
It requires letting go.
And letting go is one of the hardest things a human can do.
Because the old version of you got you here.
That version kept you safe.
That version is familiar.
That version is the one you know how to be.
And your mind will tell you,
Don't let go yet.
You're not ready.
Stay where it's safe.
Stay where I know what I'm doing.
I want to gently offer you a different perspective.
If you wait until you feel ready,
You will be waiting your whole life.
Readiness is not a feeling.
Readiness is a choice.
And you can make that choice right now.
With tears in your eyes.
With fear in your heart.
And even with every part of you shaking.
That is not unreadiness.
That's courage.
Now here's something I want you to really sit with.
Something that has changed the way I see transformation entirely.
It's not level 1 to level 100.
It's out of level 1 into level 1.
Every new version of you has never existed before.
Every chapter is literally your first time.
Your teachers,
Your coaches,
Your guides.
Even me right now leading you through this.
We're maybe only 10 steps ahead on a path that none of us have ever walked before either.
We are all beginners at the next version of ourselves.
Every single time.
And knowing that,
Really letting that land,
Means you can take the mask off.
The mask of having it all figured out.
The mask of I should know how to do this by now.
The mask of perfectionism that tells you you're behind.
You're not enough.
You should be further along.
You've never been here before.
Nobody has.
And that's not a reason to be afraid.
That's a reason to exhale.
I want you to think for a moment about what you are being invited to release.
It might be an old story of who you are.
An old identity you've worn for so long it feels like skin.
A version of yourself that other people know.
That maybe you've built a whole life around.
And I want you to acknowledge something.
Letting go of that costs something real.
It asks something of you.
The energy you've poured into that version of yourself.
The time,
The relationships,
The parts of your life woven into who you used to be.
That's real.
That loss is real.
And it's okay to grieve it.
And there is so much more on the other side of giving up the limitations of what you are attached to right now.
I'll repeat that.
There is so much on the other side of giving up the limitations of what you are attached to right now.
So,
So much.
Not less.
Not loss.
More.
More of who you actually are.
More of what your soul already knows about you.
More of the version of you that has been quietly waiting underneath all the layers.
Underneath everything the world told you to be.
Everything that got piled on top of the truth of you over the years.
The rebirth process doesn't take anything from you that was ever really yours.
It just clears away what wasn't.
I want you to do something right now.
Just for a moment.
I want you to go inside and feel what it feels like to already be the next version of you.
Not think about it.
Not to plan it.
Not to figure out how you're going to get there.
Just feel it.
What does that person feel like in their body?
What do they carry differently?
What have they let go of?
What are they walking toward?
Just let it be an impression.
A warmth.
A possibility.
You don't have to have it all figured out.
You just have to be willing to feel it.
Right there is the invitation.
That is the new version of you knocking on the door.
And you get to open it.
Now,
I want to prepare you for something.
Because rebirth is not always graceful.
Think about the physical process of being born.
It's messy.
It's loud.
There's pain.
It's bloody.
There's a moment right at the very end where everything in you screams that you cannot take one more second of this.
And then,
New life.
Your rebirth birthing process will have moments like that.
Moments where you feel like you're not making any progress.
Moments where nothing seems to be moving.
Nothing seems to be changing.
And you just can't take one second more.
Those moments are not signs that you're failing.
Those moments are the moments right before the breakthrough.
And there will also be moments in this process where it feels like you're not doing much of anything at all.
Quiet moments.
Still moments.
Moments that don't look like transformation from the outside.
Trust those moments too.
Sometimes,
The most important work happens in the stillness.
So here's what I want to leave you with today.
You don't have to feel ready.
You just have to choose to be ready.
Say it inside of yourself right now if you're willing.
I choose to be ready.
I choose to let go.
I choose to make room for who I am becoming.
I choose to be ready.
I choose to let go.
I choose to make room for who I am becoming.
I choose to be ready.
I choose to let go.
I choose to make room for who I am becoming.
Even if your voice shakes.
Even if you only half believe it yet.
Choose it anyway.
Because on the other side of your rebirth,
There are people waiting for you.
Souls you haven't met yet who exactly need who you are becoming.
A version of your life that cannot exist until you let this one go.
Your higher power is not waiting for you to be perfect.
Your higher power is waiting for you to be willing.
And everything.
Every breakdown.
Every hard season.
Every version of yourself you've ever had to release.
All of it was preparation.
All of it brought you here.
To this breath.
To this moment.
To this choice.
The moment you receive the new version of yourself is exactly the moment you were always meant to receive it.
Trust that.
Sit with that for just a moment longer.
Wiggle your toes.
Take a slow,
Easy breath.
Before you open your eyes,
Take just a moment to be grateful.
Grateful that you showed up for yourself today.
Grateful for this time you carved out.
Grateful for who you are becoming.
That is no small thing.
When you are ready,
Gently open your eyes and carry this with you.
Not just into your day,
But into your being.
Let it live there.
Let it settle.
Let it become part of who you are.
