My name is L Star R,
And I will be guiding you through today's meditation.
Before we begin,
Take a moment to get comfortable.
Adjust your body however it needs to be adjusted.
Sit,
Lie down,
Whatever feels right for you right now.
This is a safe space.
There's nothing you need to do,
Nowhere you need to be,
And nothing you need to figure out.
Just be here.
When you are ready,
Gently close your eyes.
Take one deep breath through your nose,
And a slow exhale out through your mouth.
Do that one more time.
In and out.
Good.
You are exactly where you're supposed to be.
I want you to take one more slow breath.
And as you exhale,
Let go of your to-do list.
Let go of what you think you need to have.
Let go of what you think you need to figure out.
Just for right now,
You don't have to earn anything.
You don't have to achieve anything.
You just have to be here.
So much of the world has taught us a story,
And it goes one of a few ways.
Some of us have learned,
If I could just have enough,
Enough money,
Enough time,
Enough security,
Then I could do the things I want,
And I would finally be who I'm meant to be.
Others learned a different version.
If I just work hard enough,
Do enough,
Achieve enough,
Then I'll have what I want,
And then I'll be happy,
Be free,
Be whole.
Maybe you've lived inside of one of those stories for a long time.
Maybe years.
Maybe longer.
And if you have,
I want you to know something first.
That wasn't weakness.
That wasn't conditioning.
The world handed you that map.
You were just following it.
But what if the map was wrong?
What if the order that actually works,
The order that's aligned with who you truly are,
Starts not with having,
Not with doing,
But with being?
Be,
Do,
Have.
Who you choose to be,
Right now,
In this moment,
Guides what you do.
And what you do,
Flowing from that place of truth,
That's what opens the door to having,
Not the other way around.
So I want you to sit with a question.
Just one.
Who do you want to be?
Not what you want to have.
Not what you want to do.
Who do you want to be?
Let an answer come.
Don't force it.
Don't judge it.
Just notice what rises.
Maybe it's a feeling.
Peaceful.
Powerful.
Free.
Whole.
Maybe it's a word.
Grounded.
Loving.
Courageous.
Enough.
Whatever comes up,
Let it land.
Let it be real.
Now here's the truth I want to offer you today.
That energy,
Whatever just came up for you,
Is already available to you.
Right now.
In this body.
In this breath.
In this moment.
You don't have to wait to have something before you can feel it.
You can choose to be it.
Now.
And when you anchor into that energy,
When you let it guide you,
Something remarkable happens.
You start to know what to do.
Not from fear.
Not from pressure.
But from alignment.
From truth.
The doing becomes natural.
It flows from the being.
And the having.
The having takes care of itself.
Not because you stop caring.
But because you stop gripping.
You release the white knuckle need to control the outcome.
And you trust in something larger.
The universe is abundant.
And when you show up as the fullest version of who you are and what you want to be.
That abundance finds you.
Not always in the form you expect.
But always in the form you need.
So carry this with you today.
Just one question.
Who do I want to be?
Right now.
In this moment.
Not tomorrow.
Not when things are better.
Not when you have more.
Right now.
Who do I want to be?
Right now.
In this moment.
Sit with that for just a moment longer.
Ding.
Begin to bring awareness back to your body.
Wiggle your fingers.
Wiggle your toes.
Take a slow easy breath.
Before you open your eyes,
Take just a moment to be grateful.
Grateful that you showed up for yourself today.
Grateful for this time you carved out.
Grateful for who you are becoming.
That is everything.
When you are ready,
Gently open your eyes and carry this with you.
Into your day,
But also into your being.
Let it live there.
Let it settle.
Let it become part of who you are.
You did the work today.
Now go be it.
