Take your meditation seat,

Create a confident,

Proud posture,

And an intentional placement of the hands,

Either facing down,

Palms on your legs,

Or facing up for an energy of receptivity and openness.

Blink your eye gaze to a close.

Take a deep breath in,

And on your exhale,

Experience a physical dropping into presence,

Aliveness,

Vitality,

Existence in this here now moment,

And this physical space that you're in right now.

Notice the surface beneath you,

And be here with the physical universe surrounding you,

What's real and what's here,

The floor,

The room or the space that you're in,

The area that you're breathing in now,

And outside of this room or this area to noticing that physical space,

What's around you,

Above you,

Below you,

What will come after you and what's come before.

Open your ears and you're listening and commit to experience yourself as a clearing,

Clear space,

Open space,

No meaning,

Pure,

Fertile emptiness,

And creative force within this empty space that you are.

There's no specific one thing,

And at the same time,

Everything,

All life experience,

All aliveness,

Connected to your space,

Communion,

And coming together,

Listening from within,

Noticing yourself as space,

A clearing,

Experiences coming up,

And experiences going,

Sensations,

Thoughts,

Feelings,

Images,

Allow them to just rise up,

And then let them go,

Observe,

Sensations,

Sounds,

Experiences,

Dancing through your space,

And you the witness,

Steady,

Constant,

Aware,

Awake,

And at ease.

There could be a draw to a fleeting thought,

Or a temporary sensation that you notice arises in the body,

And go ahead and take a baby step out of your comfort zone by noticing what has come up,

And then just allow it to be.

Let it be and you stay as the witness,

Still,

Centered,

Awake,

Aware,

And at ease.

Gently bring your hands to your heart center,

Open from your heart,

Open from your being,

Open from the ground of your being,

Bubble up,

Expand out,

Bloom,

And grow through your periphery,

And beyond your usual space,

Your physical space,

Expanding your space in all directions,

Expanding your space as a clearing for great things,

Great actions,

Great attractions,

Your space as a clearing for greatness,

Power,

Love,

For freedom,

For peace,

For ease,

Simplicity,

Truth,

Authenticity,

Expand your space from the ground,

The core of your being,

Grow up and out,

And we'll take one deep breath in,

And out,
