Hello beautiful souls.

Welcome to this short meditation breathing in light.

You can do this meditation whenever and wherever.

You do not even have to close your eyes.

We begin this meditation with just breathing and as you just begin to notice the breaths,

The inhales and the exhales as you go about your day or maybe you stopped for some time for yourself,

Just a few moments,

Just watch the breath,

Just listen to the breath.

And with every inhale,

Begin to imagine breathing in pure radiant light,

Letting this light fill you with warmth,

Happiness,

Joy and love.

And with every exhale,

Release any tension or negativity and just say to yourself,

I welcome joy and love with every breath.

And you can continue this meditation for as long as you like.

And once you have finished with this meditation,

Take a deep breath in,

Feeling the truth of love and connection within you,

Exhaling gently,

Bringing your hands to your heart center and prayer pose and Sat Naam,

Honoring the truth that we are one.
