Put this on as you drift to sleep and let the affirmations gently settle into your subconscious as you rest. The meditation begins with a grounding body scan to ease you into a relaxed, receptive state. From there, you’ll hear a series of affirmations designed to shift limiting beliefs and support a more aligned self-concept. If you notice resistance—sensations in your body that say “No” or “That’s not true”—try adding “I’m willing to…” or “I’m willing to feel…” before the affirmation. This softens the impact and allows your system to open. Affirmations work best when the body can receive them. If we override resistance, we may reinforce the old story instead. Let this be a gentle, spacious practice you return to whenever it feels nourishing. Enjoy.
