Namaste.
This is Arunendra.
Welcome to Day 2nd of Navaratri Meditation.
Today,
We connect with the divine energy of Goddess Brahmacharya.
The symbol of discipline,
Devotion and inner strength.
Find a quiet and peaceful place.
Sit comfortably.
Keep your spine straight.
And gently close your eyes.
Take a slow,
Deep breath in.
Again,
Inhale deeply.
Let your body relax.
Let go of any tension.
Allow your mind to settle down.
Bring your awareness to your breath.
Just observe the natural flowing of the breath.
Today,
We connect with the divine energy of Goddess Brahmacharya.
She represents Tapasya,
The deep penance,
Discipline.
She is the form of Goddess who performed intense meditation and penance to attain Lord Shiva.
Her energy teaches us patience,
Inner strength and unwavering focus.
Now,
Gently bring your awareness to your lower abdomen,
Your sacral chakra.
Visualize a warm,
Glowing orange light in this area.
This light is calm,
Steady and full of energy.
With every inhale,
This light becomes brighter.
With every exhale,
It spreads peace and stability within you.
Let that light become brighter.
With every inhale,
Now,
Softly repeat the mantra in your mind.
Feel the vibrations of this mantra.
Now,
Bringing discipline,
Focus and a gentle smile on your face.
Now,
Imagine Goddess Brahmacharya walking peacefully,
Barefoot,
Holding a japa mala and a kamandal.
Her face is bright and calm.
Her energy is steady.
Her presence is deeply powerful.
Now,
Feel her peaceful and determined energy around you.
Let that energy slowly enter your being.
Now,
Reflect on your life.
Where do you lack consistency?
Where do you give up too easily?
Where do you need more patience?
Observe without judgment.
Now,
Imagine placing all your distractions,
Impatience and doubts into that orange light.
Watch them slowly dissolve.
Transforming into focus,
Dedication and inner peace.
Now,
Silently affirm,
I am disciplined.
I am focused.
I trust my journey.
I have the strength to continue.
Feel these affirmations settling deep within you.
Take a deep breath in.
Move your fingers,
Your toes.
Carry this energy of discipline and devotion throughout your day.
Carry this energy of discipline and devotion throughout your life.
Thank you so much for attending this beautiful navratri focused meditation.
Stay connected.
I will see you in day 3 of meditation class.
Namaste.
