The infertility journey is draining on so many levels.
Mentally,
Emotionally,
Spiritually,
Physically,
And relationally.
It affects all facets of our lives.
May you use these affirmations every day,
But especially on the hard days leading up to transfers,
Leading up to retrieval day,
The days before testing,
And know that every time you say these affirmations aloud,
You are putting out an energetic frequency that is positive and rewarding.
Repeat these affirmations after me and know that your baby deserves every beautiful thought.
Take some deep breaths in through your nose,
Out through your mouth,
Relax your body,
Give your jaw a little wiggle,
And allow these affirmations to absorb and settle into your soul.
I love myself.
I respect myself.
I deserve to be a parent.
I am ready to be a parent.
I am destined to be a parent.
I will be kind to myself.
I am beautiful inside and out.
My body is perfect just the way it is.
I accept my flaws and imperfections.
I trust my decisions,
Knowing each one will bring me to my baby.
I am strong and brave.
My body is strong and capable.
My womb is warm and inviting,
The perfect cradle for my baby.
I can handle whatever challenges come my way.
I deserve to be happy.
I will become a parent.
I can do anything I put my mind to.
The universe has good things in store for me.
My baby is patiently waiting for me,
Ready to come into my life.
This isn't breaking me,
It's building me.
What is meant for me will find me.
I welcome new life into my body.
I am healthy,
Strong,
And nourished.
I am open and ready for my baby.
I release all stress,
Worries,
And blockages.
I am vibrant and loving.
I trust we will conceive at the perfect time.
I exhale worry and inhale faith.
My body is made for this.
My partner and I are closer than ever before.
Pregnancy and a full-term baby are part of my immediate future.
I am worthy of having a baby.
I believe in myself as a parent.

Pick your favorites,
Write them down,
Put them on the mirror in your bathroom.
And every day you look yourself in the mirror and you tell yourself,
I can do this and I will do this.
Take a few more deep breaths and know the universe has your back.
