
Grounding With Your Spirit Guardians

Inspired by the teachings of Drunvalo Melchizedek, and created with the intention to help you ground your energy into the Earth by discovering and learning from the spirit guardians of your body. You will hear a drumbeat along with wooden chimes and spoken words. I intentionally chose to keep the music simple to allow for your full focus to remain on your inner discovery. Something to write with is highly recommended as you will likely want to decipher your discoveries but this is not required.

Hello and welcome.
I am Katie Schofield and this is a meditation for balancing the masculine and feminine energies within you.
Many cultures throughout space and time have referenced these polar energies that exist within us and they are known by many names.
Yin and yang,
Good and evil,
Darkness and light,
Masculine and feminine,
The two wolves.
Thinking a little more globally,
We can begin to explore these energies as two poles.
Just like the earth has two poles,
The magnetic north and the magnetic south pole,
And just like these poles that move around and need to be calibrated to,
So too do the energies within our own body of consciousness need the occasional calibration.
This is what we will be doing in this meditation today,
Calibrating our internal oppositions so that we may seek to understand them more fully and become aware of the gifts and challenges which they bring us.
And over time,
Learn from their wisdom and their challenges and incorporate this wisdom into our lives for the highest good of all beings everywhere.
For this meditation,
You will need a journal or something to record your experience on within arm's reach.
I've used this meditation a lot with my clients over the years and I find this component really supportive and important for unpacking what you're about to discover on your journey today.
So if you need to run and grab something,
Go ahead and pause the recording and get yourself something to write with if you haven't already.
Then whenever you're ready,
Settle your body,
Take a deep breath into this space,
Deep inhale in through the nose,
And begin to bring your attention to the center of your mind,
Right at the very core of your head brain space,
Behind your eyes,
Not quite at the back of your head and not quite at the front.
Feel yourself center and anchor in this place in your body.
And now with your inhale,
I want you to start to draw down the energy of your higher self with your inhales as if you were sipping down your own higher essence through a giant tube that runs down the central column of your body.
With your inhales,
Feeling this energy pour into you from above and wash down that central column of your body.
And with your exhales,
Moving this energy out through your root.
And now draw in this energy of your higher self with your inhale,
Feeling this energy pour into you from above with each inhale,
Washing down your central column,
Bathing your spine in a golden white light.
Feeling this energy pour into you from above with each inhale and wash down your central column,
Bathing your spine in a white and golden light,
And gently moving all lower,
Darker,
Denser energies down through your root,
Neutralizing them and releasing them back into the universe,
Releasing any tension or resistance.
Let's just repeat this cycle and breathe into this space a few more times here.
Inhale,
Pulling down that golden white light into your central column.
Exhale,
Releasing.
Inhale,
Breathe down your higher essence into your body.
Exhale,
Let it go.
Now in this last one,
I want you to use as little effort as possible while remaining completely focused on the sound of my voice.
Inhale,
Draw that white light into your body.
Exhale,
Let it go.
Notice how different that one felt.
Again,
Two more times with as little effort as possible.
Inhale,
Draw down that white light.
Exhale,
Let it go.
Inhale,
Draw down that white light.
Exhale,
Let it go.
Take a deep inhale.
And this time,
I want you to exhale out through puckered lips.
Blow out a fine white mist.
See,
Sense,
Or feel this white mist all around you.
Again,
Take a deep inhale and exhale out through your lips a fine white mist all around you.
Notice your toes and wiggle them in your mind's eye.
Bring your attention to your knees,
Your elbows,
Shoulders,
Eyes.
Now turn the light of your eyes inward.
And as you go in,
See this light shine inside of you.
And as you go down into your chest,
Into your left lung,
See all the colors of your left lung as you inhale and exhale.
Choose one of these colors,
The one that feels right to you.
Now feel and sense yourself moving into this color,
And this color expanding all around you like a fog.
See this colored fog all around you.
Within this fog,
There is a female guardian that guards the left side of your body.
Ask her to come forth out of this fog so that you can see her,
Sense her,
Or feel her more clearly.
Now just look into her eyes.
She has a message for you.
Listen to this message.
This message is from her heart.
She also has an object to give you.
Allow her to reach forth and give you the object.
And take this object in your left hand.
When you get the object,
Put your full attention on this object.
I want you to study it very carefully.
It might be something that you don't fully understand,
And that's okay.
If there's writing,
Images,
Or petroglyphs,
Or anything like that,
Try to look at all these things and get a real sense of what they are.
Even if you can't understand the writing,
Maybe there's a vibration or an emotion that you can pick up on.
And if the object opens,
Open it up and see what's inside.
It might open,
It might not.
When you feel like you've studied the object as much as you can,
Gently open your eyes and write down your experience.
Feel free to pause the meditation here to give yourself as much time as possible to record as much as possible from this experience.
And when you are done recording,
Resume the meditation.
Gently close your eyes and return to that space by breathing yourself back into that space.
And we will begin again.
Take a deep inhale and exhale out through puckered lips,
Blowing out a fine white mist.
See,
Sense,
Or feel this white mist.
Again,
Take a deep inhale and exhale out through your lips a fine white mist all around you.
Notice your toes and wiggle them in your mind's eye.
Bring your attention to your knees,

Your eyes.
Turn the light of your eyes inward.
And as you go in,
See this light shine inside of you.
And as you go down,
Go down into your neck,
Down your throat,
Down into your right lung.
See all the colors of your right lung as you inhale and exhale.
Again,
Choose one of these colors,
The one that feels right for you.
Now feel and sense yourself moving into this color and allow this color to expand all around you like a fog.
See this colored fog all around you.
Within this fog,
There is a male guardian that guards the right side of your body.
Ask him to come forth out of this fog so that you can see him,
Sense him,
Or feel him.
And now just look into his eyes.
Create a deep connection.
He has a message for you.
Listen to this message.
This message is from his heart.
He also has an object to give you.
Let him reach forth and give you the object and take it in your right hand.
And again,
Once you get the object,
Put all your attention on this object and study it very carefully.
And again,
If it's something you don't fully understand,
Maybe there's an emotion,
A vibration,
Or a resonance you can pick up on.
If there's writing,
Images,
Or petroglyphs,
Look at these things and try to get a sense of what they are.
And if the object opens,
Open it up and see what's inside.
Or if it has any other moving parts,
Really get a good sense of exploring this object.
And when you feel like you have a good sense of this object as much as you can,
Open your eyes and write down your experience.
Feel free to pause the recording here,
And whenever you're ready,
Return to this place in the recording,
And we will continue this journey.
Breathing yourself back into this experience,
Back into this experience,
Back into this moment.
Now look down at the object in your right hand,
And look down at the object the female guardian gave you in your left hand.
Bow to the male guardian and turn from him.
Bow to the female guardian and turn from her.
Feel yourself being moved up your arms into the space of your heart chakra.
And when you get there,
Look forward and out from your body.
Feel what it feels like in your entire body to be holding these two objects at the same time.
How do you feel?
Get a real sense for the vibration,
The emotion,
Or the experience that you may be having at this time.
These objects represent the polarities within your body,
And what we're about to do is something that's going to reset,
Recalibrate,
And change these polarities.
Gazing down at these objects once again,
Seeing the object from the female guardian in your left hand and the male guardian in your right hand,
And now switch them.
Put the male object in your female hand and your female object in your male hand.
Don't worry if you feel destabilized,
That's completely normal.
Now let's just notice how we're feeling.
What's happening in your body right now?
Does it feel good?
Okay?
Neutral?
If yes,
Leave these objects in opposite hands.
If this is causing any physical discomfort,
Go ahead and switch them back.
But if this isn't causing any physical discomfort,
Leave these objects in the opposite hands.
And once again,
Bow to your guardians,
Thank them with gratitude,
And turn from them,
Going back into your heart chakra,
Back up from your lungs,
Into your throat,
To the back of your mouth,
Behind your nose,
Into the center of your head,
To the crown of your head,
To the space three feet above the crown of your head.
Taking a few inhales here,
Breathing in that golden white light as it pours over the central column of your body,
Moving down through your root chakra,
Grounding your energy into the core of Mother Earth.
Let's take three big inhales and exhales here together.
Inhale through the nose,
Exhale,
Let it go.
Open mouth,
Sigh.
Inhale through the nose,
Exhale,
Sigh.
Last one,
Inhale through the nose,
Gently open your eyes.
Take a few moments here before getting up to stabilize your energy.

I recommend doing this meditation once every six to nine months to keep your energies in calibration with Mother Earth.
This is a beautiful way to both recalibrate and connect with our internal guardians and to connect with the external world.
The divine light in me sees and honors the divine light in you.
