Welcome to your practice.
This practice is dedicated,
This practice is dedicated to you overcoming your feelings of uncertainty.
We're going to call on a team of healing light workers,
Angelic support.
So set the intention and be willing to receive the exact healing that your body,
Mind,
And spirit already know you require at this time.
Allow your body to settle into a position that isn't going to be distracting as you start to find yourself in this present moment.
Find your body.
Center your mind.
Contrary to popular opinion,
It's not actually dangerous to feel uncertain.
It's just uncomfortable.
So often in life we are encouraged to move away from discomfort and towards products,
Services,
And substances that offer us a momentary escape from this discomfort.
So what I want you to do right now is just allow yourself to come into this moment of escape from your discomfort.
And by doing so,
Healing something because we are gaining a more deep understanding of what it truly is.
Your body is a divine machine,
A divine system of organization and feedback.
And pain and emotional pain,
Suffering,
Fear,
It's all part of this system of feedback.
In fact,
This part of your brain is actually the oldest and wisest part of your brain.
It's wired to give you feedback that keeps you safe and alive.
So see if you can offer your brain a moment of gratitude in this space for creating this feeling of uncertainty that brought you to your practice today.
Notice what happens to your body when you remember these feelings of uncertainty.
Feel the sensations in your body.
When we don't listen to our body while it's trying to speak to us,
Our communications get backlogged and your system creates more noise.
Feelings of being scared,
Reactive,
Louder,
Anxious.
So what I'm offering you today is a more gentle approach.
Rather than push it down or reject it or resist these sensations of discomfort,
In today's practice,
We're going to talk to the elephant in the room and we're gonna see what wisdom it has to offer us.
So whenever you're ready,
Let's talk about your body so whenever you're ready,
Let's just take a deep breath in.
And I invite you to close your eyes if you haven't done so already and let's just pause here and let's just set that internal intention to invite yourself into the sensations of this moment as fully as possible for you.
Whatever that means for you today,
I want you to define that right now.
Wherever you're starting from,
Give yourself direction.
Where do you want to go with this practice today?

So join me in a breath to start our practice by gently shifting your attention to wherever it is right now into the breath.
And just be there with the breath.
We're not trying to control it or change it in any way.
We're just watching it.
What are the qualities of your breathing right now?
Are you taking short,
Shallow breaths or long,
Slow inhales and exhales?
Are you trying to constrain or control your breath?
Are you holding tension in your neck,
Your throat,
Your shoulders,
Your sternum?
Where is your breath being caught up in the body?
Let's just breathe into that area now.
Just take a deep inhale here.
Allow yourself to make any minor adjustments.
Focusing on physically opening up your heart by drawing your shoulders down and back,
Allowing your spine to straighten and the weight to be equally distributed on your sit bones.
Good.
Wherever you are on this spectrum today,
We're just gonna observe our breathing here for a moment.
And notice as you open your body physically,
You also open your mind.
And then notice how your mind will naturally indicate if your body stays open or if it starts to close.
So just play with that observation for a moment and you decide where you want to be today.
And on your next inhale,
Join me for a deep breath in,
Hold to the count of four and release to the count of five.
Inhale.
Hold.
Exhale.
Inhale.
Hold.
Exhale.
Repeat twice more in your own time.
Let go of the breath.
Return your attention to your body,
Noticing where you feel uncertainty physically.
Uncertainty is an emotion that many of us face every day.
And although we feel this emotion,
We are not this emotion.
We are divine radiant beings.
We chose to forget who we were so we could have the experience of remembering once again.
And it's in the forgetting,
It's in the fall,
Where we find the presence of uncertainty about who and what we truly are.
Deep inhale and let it go.
I now call in the allegiance of your galactic team and the highest light to come be with us now and to come hold this space,
A sacred space for healing and transformation.
Calling in all elementals,
Ancestors,
Guides,
Star or cosmic beings of the highest love light resonance to come be with you now and to hold this space.

Without correcting yourself,
I want you to gently move your attention now to any sensations you may be experiencing in your body.
Any tingling,
Pain,
Tension.
Let's find this with a body scan,
Starting with the crown of your head.
Ears,
Eyebrows,
Cheeks,
Jaw,
Neck,
Shoulders,
And around your shoulders.
Between your shoulders,
Feel your chest,
Your body,
Your body,
Your body,

Your body.
Feel both armpits at the same time.
Feel your elbows,
Your forearms,
Both hands at the same time.
Feel both arms,
Your chest,
Your neck,
And your head full of sensation,
Alive with energy.
What information is this energy giving you?
Are there any images,
Colors,
Or even sounds coming out of you?
Whatever your experience,
Whether it's your body or your body,
Your body,
Your body,
Your body,
Whatever you're experiencing,
Take it all in as we move down to the second half,
To your belly button,
Your low back,
Your pelvis.
Feel the space all around your pelvis,
Your thighs,
Your knees,
The front and back of your knees,
Your calves,
Your ankles,
And inside the hollows of the ankles,
And down into your toes,
The arches of your feet,
And deep into the fibrous structures around your heels,
And up the back of your legs,
Massaging the tendons as they go,
Scanning your body,
Looking for where you're holding uncertainty.
Where is uncertainty hiding in your body today?
And when you find it,
I want you to ask yourself,
What does this information mean to me today?
Is this the truth?
Why or why not?
Is this the truth?

Bring your attention back to your breathing,
Letting that go,
Bringing it back to your breathing.
Observe it.

What is your breathing telling you now?
What qualities does it have now?
Has it changed?
What information does this give you?
What is your body trying to tell you about your pain?
Do you feel like you have the weight of the world on your shoulders?
Are you living in overwhelming pain?
Are you living in overwhelm?
Maybe you're easily hurt.
And maybe you're basing your future on your past.
And that's causing you great suffering.
What wisdom does your body want to offer you today?
Whatever that information is,
I want you to go there.
Go sit next to that information or maybe see it on a screen in your mind.
Like a projector in a classroom.
And in this classroom,
Life is the teacher.
Relationships are the lessons.
And your emotional responses to those relationships is the work or the data you record as your experience.
What can you observe about this feeling?
What information is it giving you about who you truly are?
What you can truly control?
Remember who you are.
Remember who you are.
You are divine.
You are not this body.
You are not this pain.
You are not this information in front of you.
It's merely a response.
It's a response to the thoughts that you think.
Our brains think around 60,
000 thoughts every day.
Some of those thoughts,
80% of them,
Pass through a negativity bias.
That means even on a great day,
You're only going to feel amazing 20% of the time.
All you need to get an A in the school of life is 20%.
So be less hard on yourself.
Because 20%?
That's nothing.
If you are loving those 20% moments,
You are living a beautiful life.
I would like to call in Archangel Michael to come be with us now and support us in this healing transmission.
I would ask that Archangel Michael now stab any uncertainty in our body,
Any places in our body where we're holding uncertainty in our bones and our joints,
Wherever we've identified on that body scan.
To stab our body now with his sword of loving light energy,
Transferring all lower densities in alignment with the highest good of all beings everywhere to wherever they're most aligned in this universe.
See the glow of the purifying red orange flame driving that divine healing intelligence into your body,
Dissolving all worry,
Fear,
Anxiety,
Any feelings of powerlessness,
Releasing all hopelessness,
Betrayal and trauma into this flame now.
Into this flame.
I call upon and I ask Archangel Michael to install the golden ray of wisdom into your solar plexus to awaken your inner strength,
Confidence and self worth or reawaken them if they've been offline.
I ask that he bring them back online,
Restoring all vitality,
All systems,
All positive and negative charges associated back to their maximum health and vitality at this time.
Feeling this ray expanding up and outwards,
Unlocking your heart and your throat.
See a burst of fiery teal or turquoise flame ignite and replace the red orange flame moving from the center of your chest out across your body.
Feel its deep peace as it wraps you in its flame,
The turquoise golden flame energy surrounding your body now from head to toe in ribbons of light.
And on your next inhale,
Feel these golden turquoise ribbons of light.
Start to penetrate down into your aura,
Into your skin,
Into your body,
Planted in your life like a nourishing seed down in the depths of your soul.
Give the seed time to germinate and return to this practice as often as you'd like.
Anytime you need to fertilize the soil by bathing yourself in this powerful healing turquoise and gold light.
And in gratitude,

Please now perform a cosmic seal binding these golden turquoise light transmissions into all layers of your being,
Seen,
Known or unknown.
Making sure that they integrate these upgraded light codes transmissions without any physical discomfort.

Seeing this light be drawn deep into the areas of your body,
Deep into those areas that spoke to you when we did the body scan.
And on your exhale,
See this light grow brighter.

Brighter and exhale growing,
Expanding this light outward around you.
Deep inhale,
Drawing the light inward and releasing it,
Rounding it around you,
Protecting you in turquoise and gold cocoon.
Your very own energy bubble.
Deep inhale and release.
Just rest in this moment.
Bring your attention back to your body.
Notice the shift.
Notice how different you feel.
How much more confident you feel.
Feel that confidence radiating out every pore,
Every cell,
Every strand of DNA.
Bring your attention to your toes.
Wiggle them.
Allow your focus to come back into the room.
And as you're coming back from this meditation,
Gently,
Slowly lingering in this liminal space between consciousness.
Know that next time you're feeling uncertain,
You can wiggle your toes and you can giggle because you'll remember how wonderfully old,
Wise and helpful our brain is when it comes to keeping us safe and alive.
Embrace those feelings instead of pushing them away.
Because even feelings of yuck and uncertainty have information to share with us.
So invite them in for a chat and allow them to speak with you.
They only wanted your attention anyway.
