A soft, ease-into-the-day moment you can do without even leaving the covers. We'll start with a few deep, refreshing breaths to bring energy back into the body, then move through easy toes, ankle, and calf movements, followed by fingers and wrists, and a long unhurried stretch overhead with a few gentle neck stretches to release the morning stiffness. Everything stays cozy, spacious, and unhurried. We close with a few inspiring affirmations to settle you in for a calm, nourishing beginning.
