Womb Yoga Nidra: Womb Oracle - Trusting Your Intuition
Beloved sister, welcome to your practice of Yoga Nidra. This meditation guides you through a deeply relaxing yet energising practice focusing on your innate womb power. You will awaken and deepen your intuition, your oracular and prophetic sight, and the symbolic insights stemming from your womb space. You are the Womb Witch Oracle and all the answers are already within yourself - do you dare to listen? Track contains some ambient sounds in the background
Transcript
Welcome to the practice of yoga nidra and welcome home.
So the first part of the practice really is to get completely comfortable.
So I really invite you to make it extra cozy for yourself.
Using pillows and the blankets,
Whatever cushions,
Hot water bottles,
Warm socks you need to feel absolutely at ease.
Having a pillow underneath your knees can really help to support the lower back to settle well.
And also bear in mind that the body temperature may drop during the practice.
So I really encourage you to find a blanket or a hot water bottle to be really warm and cozy.
And your body should really enter into a space of zero desire for movement.
As while your mind will be very active and awake during the practice,
Your body will remain completely still and completely relaxed.
So if you feel like you need something more to reach that state of zero desire for movement,
Then pause this meditation right now and go find whatever you need.
If your body is in a state of zero desire for movement,
Then become aware that you are about to practice yoga nidra now.
Yoga nidra is also called yogic sleep or a psychic sleep as your mind enters a deep state of trance between wakefulness and dream.
And this allows your unconscious to gently open up and that allows for deeper healing and reconnection with yourself.
Despite the deep relaxation you will feel in your body,
I want you to promise yourself that you won't fall asleep,
That you will remain awake.
And just enter that state of consciousness that is I am practicing yoga nidra.
I am practicing yoga nidra.
And then simply become aware of your breath.
And do not change it.
Simply observe the natural breathing in and the natural breathing out.
No need to change it.
No need to fix or manage your breath.
Just pure awareness.
And then with every exhalation consciously drop down the weight of your body down into the floor and the ground beneath you.
Resting in the lap of mother earth knowing and trusting that she has your back.
And then shift your awareness to the sounds you can hear.
And become aware of the most distant sounds you can hear.
Let your sense of hearing operate like a radar searching out distant sounds and following them just for a few seconds.
Moving your attention from sound to sound.
There is no need attending to identify the source.
And then shift your attention to closer sounds.
Sounds outside the building you are in.
And then perhaps sounds inside the building.
Becoming aware of the sound closest to you.
The sound of your own breath or perhaps your own heartbeat.
Now develop your awareness of the room you are laying in.
And without opening your eyes visualise the four walls surrounding you.
The ceiling,
The floor,
Your body lying on the floor or the bed.
See your body lying down.
Become aware of the existence of your physical body lying on the floor.
And then sense the meeting point between your body and the surface you are laying on.
Feel those points of connection.
Feeling your body laying down in perfect stillness only moved by the in and out flow of your own breath.
I invite you now to set an intention,
A so called sankalpa for your practice.
Make this a simple and positive statement in the present tense about something you would like to see manifest in your life.
Repeat that sankalpa silently to yourself three times.
We now enter the next stage of yogini drama which is the rotation of consciousness.
I will now name parts of your body and you just become aware of that part of your body and placing in your mind's eye a point of glittering glimmering light on that part of the body.
Imagining your body is like a dark night sky and the points are like stars illuminating the sky of your body.
Now begin with the right hand thumb and place a point of light there.

I am practicing yoga nidra Draw your attention to the natural in-going and out-going of your breath,
Feel the breath moving your body from the navel to the throat,
Moving your chest,
Moving your belly Become completely aware of the natural in and out breath and then start counting your breath,
Starting with the number 9,
We count down to 0 Inhale 9,
Exhale 9,
Inhale 8,
Exhale 8 When you lose track of your counting,
Simply start over at number 9,
There is no need to ever reach the 0 and wherever your counting is right now,
Simply let go,
Becoming aware I am practicing yoga nidra,
I am practicing yoga nidra For the next part of our practice,
We will awaken different sensations in the body,
Starting with the feeling of heaviness in your body,
Awake the feeling of heaviness Feel as if you could sink right down into the earth,
So heavy,
Your bones so heavy,
Every single part of your body is so heavy Increase that feeling and link it with your exhalation,
Becoming more and more heavy with every exhale Now awaken the feeling of lightness in your body,
The feeling of weightlessness,
Feel as if you could just float right into the air,
It's so light The feeling of lightness in your body,
Increase it with every inhalation,
Feel as if you are lighter and lighter and then connect both and feel the heaviness with every exhalation and the lightness with every inhalation Now let go of that feeling and shift your awareness to the experience of being cold,
Awake the experience of bitter ice cold in your body Imagine you are walking naked on a winter's day,
On snow,
Feeling so cold all over your skin,
Awake the experience of being cold in your body Now awaken the sensation of heat in your body,
The experience of intense heat,
Your whole body is so hot,
You feel hot all over Recollect that feeling of heat on a summer's day,
When you are right in the middle of the sun,
Heat all over your body,
Feel hot,
Awareness of heat Now become aware of the space in front of your closed eyes,
This dark screen where your dreams appear at night See yourself walking through a field of green and golden grass on a warm summer's day The sun is shining,
You can feel it warm on your skin and the light around you is golden,
A gentle cool breeze caresses your skin and you can hear the birds calling from the trees singing a sweet song As you walk barefoot,
You spot a well in a field of flowers and you approach it There is a lovely fresh fragrance in the air and you inhale it deeply,
Feeling yourselves being nourished and filled with pleasure and joy You look down that well and you feel a calling,
You feel a calling to go down,
So look around and see what you can find to support you going down the well Slowly making your way down and as you reach the bottom of the well,
It is very dark but you can spot a faint light at the end of a tunnel You enter that tunnel and a feeling of coming home emerges in your chest The tunnel goes down a slope around a corner,
Up another slope and then it turns back on itself You don't know where you're going but it is as if there is an inner knowing emerging from a place deep within yourself You come into a cave,
It is warm,
Red and you realise this is your womb space In the middle you can see a flaming light,
It calls you to come closer and so you go over to that light and inspect it more closely Within that light you can see a golden egg,
A very very small but bright glistening,
Glimmering,
Shimmering golden egg and you can feel its vibration and frequency It is brimming with energy and now from that egg,
Three streams of light project towards you One to your left ovary,
One to your right ovary and one to your heart centre You gaze steadily at that golden egg and become aware that these streams of light infuse you with a deep and inner knowing,
A wisdom that stemmed from long before You were born,
It is an ancient knowing,
It is a cunning You feel how your womb and heart space connects infusing one another with light,
Knowledge,
Insight and energy Now the streams of light shift,
One to your left eye,
One to your right eye and one to your third eye in your eyebrow centre You still look at that golden egg and feel your third eye opening,
Awakening,
Building an aligned knowing within your own system,
Womb,
Heart and mind Interconnected,
Interwoven,
Operating as one system,
Providing you with deep insight,
Inspiration and the knowledge beyond words Breathe in that light and allow the transmission to occur naturally in your system One informing and infusing the other,
Body,
Mind and soul connected Feel the intensity now lessen of these streams as you prepare to leave that golden egg You go back through the cave and you go quickly up the well now and out into the field of golden grass Once again you feel the warmth of the sun and the cool breeze blowing on your face You feel your feet on the ground and you feel your whole being centred,
Grounded,
Aligned and connected Allowing yourself to be washed over by a feeling of deep gratitude for the healing,
Reclamation and reconnection that just occurred Feel that gratitude radiating from your heart,
Completely cocooning you In that space of gratitude I invite you now to remember your result,
Your asangata and repeat it now once more,
Three times with feeling and conviction,
Trusting that it is already manifesting in your life And now become aware once more of your body breathing,
Your natural breathing flowing in and out Develop an awareness of your physical existence,
Become aware of your arms and your legs and your body lying stretched out on the floor or the bed Visualize the room around you,
What's around you,
Create a mental image Become aware,
I have been practicing yoga nidra,
I have been practicing yoga nidra Lie quietly for some more time and keep your eyes closed while becoming aware that every inhalation now wakes you up,
Energizes your body,
Your system and refreshes you Breathing in more loudly now,
Making sound and then slowly start moving the tips of your toes and your fingers Gently rubbing your hands,
Moving your feet and then stretch out,
Yawn,
Do whatever feels good but take your time,
Do not rush out of this practice Become aware that you are wide awake now,
Wide awake,
Rolling over to one side and then sitting up slowly,
Opening your eyes Hari Om Tatsat,
This practice of yoga nidra is now complete
