An 8-hour deep rest practice inspired by Yoga Nidra, designed for uninterrupted overnight listening. In this practice, selected elements of Yoga Nidra are used, including settling, intention (saṅkalpa), rotation of awareness through the body, breath awareness, and resting in inner space (cidākāśa). However, rather than maintaining wakeful awareness throughout, you are invited at the end to either remain resting or allow sleep to come naturally. The 20-minute guided practice repeats seamlessly through the night. You may listen consciously at first, then simply allow the repetition to continue as you drift in and out of sleep. Suitable for insomnia, an overactive mind, light sleepers, or anyone who benefits from steady, structured guidance rather than silence.
