Welcome to this guided visualization meditation designed to bring you into a path of peace and healing light.
Begin by finding a comfortable position.
Whether you choose to sit or lie down,
Do ensure that your neck and back are straight and aligned without feeling overly stretched.
Backen down your shoulders and gently close your eyes.
We will begin with a couple of slow,
Deep breaths to settle into stillness.
In through the nose,
Feel your belly expand.
And as you breathe out through your mouth,
Let go of the day.
Let go of any tension,
Any weight.
Take another deep breath in,
Breathing in calm,
Healing light.
And exhale,
Slowly breathing out stress,
Tension,
Anything you no longer need.
One more deep breath in,
Purity,
Light,
Expansion.
Breathing out,
Fall,
Worries,
Sadness.
Let them leave your being.
Allow your breath to settle into a natural,
Gentle rhythm.
With each inhale,
Feel yourself arriving more deeply into this moment.
With each exhale,
Allow yourself to soften,
To release.
To simply be.
I would like to invite you to imagine yourself standing at the base of a gentle hill,
Green and vast.
The sun above is warm,
But not too strong.
Just enough to kiss your skin with golden light.
You can smell a sweet scent of wildflowers carried by the soft breeze.
As you stand here,
You notice an inviting,
Winding path up the hill.
It calls to you.
As you take your first step onto the path,
You notice the soft earth beneath your feet,
Lined with green grass and blossoms in every color.
Red,
Blue,
Purple,
Yellow,
A living tapestry.
And as you walk,
Feel your body relax even more.
With each step,
Feeling lighter.
As you drop off all the weight,
Effortlessly grounding you to the earth.
Breathe in the light of this beautiful place.
Let it cleanse your being.
Breathe out,
Releasing all thoughts,
Burdens,
And fatigue.
As you journey on,
Walking slowly and peacefully,
You notice birds singing gently in the distance.
You bring your focus to the bird songs,
Enabling you to feel more present,
Open,
And at ease.
As you reach the top of the hill,
The path opens into a quiet,
Sunlit clearing.
In the center of this clearing is a smooth stone circle.
The stone circle is embraced by wildflowers and warm light.
Everything feels still and sacred here.
And there,
Resting peacefully in the center of the circle,
You see a white dove.
The dove notices you and tilts its head slightly,
As if recognizing your presence.
The dove is calm and radiant,
And you are drawn closer to it.
You can sense that it is no ordinary dove.
This dove carries with it a gentle,
Loving energy of Reiki,
A pure,
Healing life force.
In this moment,
We will quiet down the audio to allow time for you to give Reiki permission to assist in peace,
Love,
Energy,
Or whatever your heart desires.
You can state it now.
And with that said,
Observe the dove spread its wings.
And as it does,
Waves of warm and expansive light flow through the clearing,
Towards you,
Around you,
And within you.
Take a deep breath in,
Breathing in Reiki light.
Visualize the light traveling through your entire being.
And as you breathe out,
You release any heaviness,
Any lingering tension,
Any thoughts that are not yours to carry.
Guide your awareness gently through your body,
Like a soft internal scan.
Start with the Reiki light at the top of your head.
Feel its warmth softening your scalp,
Your forehead,
Your eyes.
Feel your jaw unclench,
Feel your neck lengthen,
Feel your shoulders drop.
Feel the tension held in these areas gently release,
Like a mist in the morning sun.
Feel the healing light move down through your arms,
Elbows,
Wrists,
And hands.
Soft,
Open,
Relax.
Visualize a glow in these areas as the tension flows out.
Feel the light flow into your chest,
Into your heart.
Feel the sacred energy expanding through,
Warming your heart center,
Bringing peace and clarity.
Watch it glow in strength.
Feel the light flow down into your belly,
Loosening,
Soothing,
Restoring your love consciousness.
Glowing stronger with empathy and self-love.
Gently moving down through your hips,
Your thighs,
Your knees,
To your calves,
Your ankles,
And to your feet.
Relaxing,
Easing tiredness,
Erasing pain,
Repairing joint stress.
Feel these areas relax.
Every part of your body is now glowing with Reiki energy.
Ignited with light,
With softness,
With healing.
You are whole.
You are held.
You are home.
We will stay here in this stillness for a few moments as you rest here in this sacred space.
Bring your awareness to your breath.
Breathing.
Feel the clarity in your mind,
The ease in your body,
The openness in your heart.
The white dog watches quietly,
Its presence both gentle and powerful.
You offer it your gratitude,
And in return,
It bows slightly,
Sharing its final blessing of light.
Now slowly begin to bring your awareness back to the path,
Back to the hill,
Back to your breath,
And back to the present moment.
Begin to gently move your fingers,
Your toes.
Move your shoulders a little.
Gently stretch if you need to.
And when you are ready,
Open your arms.
Carry this sense of peace,
Clarity,
Wholeness,
And reiki energy with you into the rest of your day.
