Welcome to this guided visualization meditation.
This meditation is designed to protect your energy field,
Allowing you to feel safe and shielded from any external negative energy.
Begin by finding a quiet and comfortable place where you can sit or lie down without any distractions.
Close your eyes gently and take a moment to settle into your position.
We will begin by taking three cleansing breaths.
Inhale deeply through the nose,
Hold your breath for a moment,
Then slowly exhale through the mouth,
Letting go of any tension or stress.
Taking a cleansing breath in through the nose,
Expanding into the belly and exhaling any tension through the mouth.
Inhaling purity through the nose,
Full expansion into the belly and exhaling any heaviness through the mouth.
I would like to invite you to bring your attention to your third eye positioned between your eyebrows.
I would like you to visualize the purest,
Roundest white light forming in front of your third eye.
As you visualize this white light,
You may feel it radiating a comforting warmth,
Allowing you to feel safe and protected.
Gently allow the radiating sphere to grow and travel slowly in front of your heart.
Feel the strength and positive energy of this glowing sphere and slowly allow the round light to be absorbed into your heart center.
Really feel it travel into your heart chakra and like a shield of luminous,
Shimmering,
Warm,
White light of protectiveness.
It expands and engulfs each part of your body from inside out.
Slowly feel it travel through your veins,
Your muscles,
Your bones,
Engulfing your skin.
As you rest here,
You can feel the light becoming brighter and brighter.
It's becoming more resilient.
If you were observing your body from the outside,
You would see the brightest of light shaped of a being that is impenetrable.
Pause here for a moment and really feel into the strength of the barrier of protectiveness that you are radiating.
Slowly and gently,
The outer barrier of light becomes a mirroring shield,
Reflecting any external energy that does not serve your highest good,
Keeping you safe within.
As we complete this meditation,
Say silently to yourself,
I am safe,
I am protected,
I am divine light.
I am safe,
I am protected,
I am divine light.
I am safe,
I am protected,
I am divine light.
When you are ready,
Slowly and gently bring your awareness back into the room.
Gently move your fingers,
Your toes,
Opening your eyes.
Your meditation session is now complete.
