Throughout this meditation,
Let the soothing sounds of 396 Hz frequency music,
Which resonates with the frequency of the root chakra,
Envelop you.
The root chakra is associated with feelings of safety,
Security and stability and its frequency works to promote grounding and connection within yourself.
By listening to this frequency,
You can enhance your sense of balance and alleviate stress,
Anxiety and depression.
Bring your awareness to your body,
Starting from the top of your head and slowly moving down to your toes.
Notice any areas of tension or discomfort and with each exhale,
Imagine releasing that tension,
Allowing your muscles to relax completely.
Shift your focus to your breath.
Notice the natural rhythm of your breathing without trying to control it.
Feel the gentle rise and fall of your chest with each inhale and exhale.
If your mind starts to wander,
Gently bring it back to the sensation of your breath.

Reflect on three things that you are thankful for in this very moment,

Slowly bring your awareness back to the present moment.
Wiggle your fingers and toes,
