This is a meditation to connect with the power of the full moon.
Find a comfortable place where you can see the Moon or simply imagine its presence.
Sit or lie down with your spine relaxed but supported.
And gently close your eyes.
Now take a slow breath in through your nose.
Hold for a moment and exhale softly through your mouth.
Again.
Inhale deeply.
And exhale completely.
With each breath,
Allow your body to soften.
Release tension from your yoke,
Shoulders,
Chest,
Belly,
Legs,
Shoulders,
Chest,
Belly,
And feel yourself settling into the present moment.
Now bring your awareness to the earth beneath you.
Imagine roots extending from your body deep into the ground.
These roots anchor you.
Securely,
Connecting you to the steady nourishing energy of Earth.
Feel supported.
Feel held.
Feel safe.
Take three slow breaths,
Allowing yourself to become fully grounded.
Now bring your attention to a full moon.
Sea is shining above you.
Bright gradient and home.
Imagine it's silver light pouring down through the night sky,
Surrounding you like a gentle waterfall of luminous energy.
With each inhale.
Draw this small light into your body.
And with each exhale.
Release anything that no longer serves you.
Stress.
Fear,
Doubt,
Old stories and heavy emotions.
Breathe in clarity.
Breathe out what you are ready to release.
Breathe in with them.
Breathe out limitations.
Breathing possibility.
And breathe out resistance.
As the moonlight fills you.
Imagine it gathering at the center of your heart.
See a glowing silver light expanding there.
This light represents your intuition.
Your inner knowing and your connection to the rhythms of nature.
Silently repeat.
I am open to insight.
I am aligned with my highest good.
I trust the wisdom within me.
Like the full moon,
I shine in my wholeness.
Now pause here for several breaths.
Allow any feelings,
Images,
Thoughts or sensations to arise naturally.
There is nothing to force,
Simply receive.
Now bring to mind something you wish to cultivate in your life.
Peace,
Abundance,
Courage,
Love,
Healing,
Creativity.
Or any other intention.
See this intention as a seed of light in your heart.
Imagine the Moon's energy nourishing it.
Helping it grow stronger and brighter.
And silently say.
May this intention unfold with harmony,
With my highest path.
May I move forward with trust,
Clarity and grace.
Feel gratitude for yourself,
For the Earth beneath you and for the Moon above.
Now begin to bring your awareness back to your breath.
Feel the air entering and leaving your body.
Feel the support beneath you.
Imagine the moonlight gently settling.
Within your heart.
Remaining available to you.
Whenever you need it.
Take a deep breath in.
And exhale slowly.
Another deep breath in.
And exhale slowly.
One more time.
Take a deep breath in.
And exhale slowly.
When you're ready.
Wiggle your fingers and toes.
And open your eyes.
Carry the calm,
Clarity,
And radiance.
Of the four men.
With you into the rest of your day.
