Hello my friend and welcome to this meditation.
Today we're going to spend five minutes together simply redirecting your energy and preparing for the rest of our day.
Find a comfortable position and gently close your eyes or softly lower your gaze.
Take a deep breath in and exhale.
Another deep breath in and release.
My friend,
I invite you to imagine a bubble of bright light surrounding your entire body.
Visualize this bright light over your head,
Down your arms,
All the way to the bottom of your feet.
This bright light is a steady energy,
The energy you need to go about your day,
To embrace whatever life throws at you.
Now imagine that with every breath you take,
This bubble of energy enters through your nose and begins to fill every cell in your body.
Together,
Let's take a deep breath in.
Imagine that bright light entering,
Filling the space throughout your head,
Entering every groove in your brain,
Behind your eyes,
Throughout your face.
Taking another breath in,
That bright light travels down through your throat,
Over your shoulders and your chest,
Slowly drifting down into your arms,
All the way down to your hands and your fingertips.
Another breath in.
As we breathe in,
More of this energy enters our body,
Pushing it down into our stomachs,
Over our spines,
Down through the hips.
Another deep breath.
That energy travels down our legs,
Over our knees,
All the way past our calves,
Into our feet.
It goes into every one of our toes,
Ensuring that it is completely saturating all of our cells.
Deep breath in.
With this deep breath,
We feel that light getting brighter,
That energy getting stronger,
Really embedding itself into our bodies.
Imagine that bright light of energy that was surrounding your body slowly begins to fade.
That bright light is now within your being,
Lighting you up from the inside.
You feel a sense of steady energy,
Motivation to move into your day,
A sense of positivity and endless possibilities.
Take one final deep breath to lock in these intentions.
Thank yourself for showing up today.
Thank your body for accepting this energy and for embracing it for the rest of your day.
And when you're ready,
Slowly open your eyes.
