Welcome where communication becomes a path to self-knowledge and growth.
Bedtime sleep meditation.
Find a comfortable position.
Let your body settle.
There is nowhere you need to go.
Nothing you need to do.
Begin by noticing your breath.
Not changing it.
Just feeling it arrive and leave.
With each exhale,
Allow your shoulders to soften.
Let your jaw relax.
Let your tongue rest gently in your mouth.
Feel the weight of your body being supported.
The bed holds you.
The floor holds the building.
The earth holds everything.
If your mind brings you thoughts,
That is okay.
You do not need to follow them.
Imagine placing each thought on a small leaf and letting it float gently away on a quiet stream.
Now bring your attention to your feet.
Invite them to soften.
Then your calves,
Your knees,
Your thighs.
Each area becoming heavier.
More at ease.
Let this softness rise through your belly,
Your chest,
Your back.
Your arms grow warm and loose.
Your hands rest.
Your fingers let go.
Your neck releases.
Your face smooths.
Your forehead becomes wide and calm.
You are safe in this moment.
You are allowed to rest.
Rest is not something you earn.
Rest is something you deserve.
With every breath,
Imagine sinking a little deeper into comfort.
As if you were being gently cradled by sleep itself.
There is nothing left to solve tonight.
Tomorrow can wait.
For now,
Your only job is to rest.
If sleep comes,
Let it come.
If you are still awake,
That is okay too.
Your body knows how to sleep.
You do not have to make it happen.
Simply stay here.
Breathing.
Softening.
Drifting.
Rest well.
And remember,
You are always welcome in this space.
Where communication becomes a path to self-knowledge,
Growth and well-being.
