Welcome friends.

Today we'll be practicing gratitude.

You can begin by finding a comfortable place to rest and to lay in.

It can be a seat,

It can be laying down.

Whatever it is for you,

Just arrive.

Begin with some physiological sighs just to ease the nervous system and allow ourselves to land in this gratitude.

When you're ready,

Exhale all the air out.

And inhale.

At the top of that inhale,

Take one more sip in through the nose.

Open the mouth and sigh it out.

And again,

Take a big breath in.

For this final round,

Breathe in as large as you can.

One more sip of gratitude.

This gratitude can either copy down the affirmations of gratitude,

Repeat them,

Or simply just receive them and take them in.

Your choice,

Your practice,

And gratitude for all.

I am grateful for this breath.

I am grateful for this body.

I am grateful for the love that I am.

I am grateful for this moment exactly as it is.

I am grateful for change,

Even when it is difficult.

I am grateful and that is enough.

And so am I.

Of those physiological sighs,

Breathing in the gratitude.

Breathing in the gratitude and the practice into ourselves.

Taking that sip at the top,

Bringing it into ourselves and embodying the gratitude.

And sending it out to our family and friends.

People that we may not like.

Just the entire world as a whole.

Sending out that gratitude for everyone deserves it.

So when you're ready,

Exhale everything out.

You're full.

Take another sip in through the nose.

Open the mouth and send it out.
