Hello,

Beautiful beings.

Welcome to the Turn Yourself In podcast,

A self-mastery preschool for adults program,

Providing bite-sized secrets,

Reflections,

And exercises to know,

Love,

And heal thyself,

And to be happy,

Healthy,

Helpful,

And holy.

Together,

We will zoom into your deepest,

Most expansive,

And highest self to gain self-mastery.

This is Reverend Catherine Ganav Soto.

Thank you for being and for being here with me today.

In the previous episode,

I discussed the second foundational tool,

The empath,

Mindfulness for your day today.

I hope you utilized or created some new practices to help you align with mindfulness in your day today.

In this fourth episode,

I will cover the third of the five foundational tools aligning with sacred space.

First,

Prepare your environment.

Turn on your receiving mechanism and prepare the tools you use to learn.

Turn on your favorite healing sounds,

Receive your favorite essential oils,

And prepare to absorb what you wish.

Give a few nourishing deep breaths and state aloud,

I choose to receive profound and transformational epiphanies,

Insights,

And peacefulness with ease and grace.

I choose to receive profound and transformational epiphanies,

Insights,

And peacefulness with ease and grace.

What is sacred space?

First,

Everything is sacred,

All spaces,

All beings,

All things.

Sacred,

According to the dictionary,

Means connected with God.

And we are all connected with God,

But we forget that and we forget to perceive and receive all things in this way.

So what makes sacred space sacred is your sincerity and attention to and with the spaces in which you reside.

The care and love you bring to the spaces you frequent matter.

Be so sincere and genuine that you notice and recognize the sacredness of each moment and each molecule.

For while something may always be in existence,

If it isn't recognized or seen,

Then it appears hidden.

There is no care for it and so your relationship with it along with your ability to heal with it ceases to exist,

At least in your present time awareness.

Take care of how you engage with yourself,

Others,

And the spaces where you reside are important.

How you engage impacts the moments and the outcome.

This is important when attending to matters of the being in the heart,

Such as knowing,

Loving,

And healing myself.

Imagine if as a collective,

We engaged in deep care with all spaces,

Things,

Beings,

Events,

And activities.

Such care allows the energy to be recognized and seen as sacred by its own being,

Which allows for profound transformation and healing.

Sacred space is the sincere and thoughtful care you share with the spaces and energies within and all around you.

Bringing attention and care to and blessing a space before you engage with a significant event will shift the frequency in beautiful ways.

There are some spaces you treat with deep sacredness and maybe your animal,

Your car,

Your home,

Your computer,

Your plants,

A loved one,

Or something similar.

You embody deep gratitude for this thing or being such that you show it your appreciation and care.

You tend to it,

Maintain it,

And treat it as the sacred being or thing that it is.

You do this because it means so much to you.

What it does,

What it provides,

Or who it is as a being in your life,

In this life,

In this world,

Has significant meaning.

The same applies for events such as birthdays,

Funerals,

Baptisms,

Or weddings.

You can begin to work with an in sacred space with more care when you recognize that everything,

All spaces,

All beings,

All things,

And all events are sacred.

Here is a practice exercise.

Receive a sacred moment here and now.

Place your hands upon your heart and appreciate yourself.

Perceive yourself as sacred.

Experience the object on which you are sitting and the room in which you reside.

Notice every detail that you can within the room you are and beyond it or in nature if you are outside.

Imagine the flooring,

The furniture,

The windows,

The pictures,

The trinkets,

The electronics,

The books,

The trees,

The flowers,

The creatures,

The sun,

The waters,

The earth,

And more.

Can you sense the sacredness of all these things,

Of the space in which you reside in this event,

This activity to which you are engaged?

Regardless of if you lit a candle or said a prayer,

This space where you are in this moment is sacred.

Recognize this sacredness and allow it to be.

Breathe and receive everything with care,

With sweet attention,

And an understanding that it is all sacred.

Do this exercise every day for the next week and jot down anything significant that came from it.

In your continued home practice,

Choose a time frame,

Maybe a day,

Days,

Or a week,

And with everything you come into contact,

Be it a pen,

A laptop,

A child,

A chair,

A book,

A plate,

A tree,

A car,

A rock,

Receive it as a living being,

As a sacred object.

Imagine how it came to be and who created it,

Who created it or worked on it.

How did it make its way to your space,

This sacred little being?

Perceive what this engagement,

This activity,

This event creates for you and choose how you will continue to engage with it from that moment forward.

How can you best align with and set sacred space?

Aligning with sacred space for this self-mystery program is an on-the-map practice so that at some point you will reside in every space with sacredness without having to engage in a ritual.

No matter what you do for a living or hobbies,

You can always align with and set sacred space.

This practice is different for everyone.

It is up to you to choose how you wish to set the space such that you bring your sincere attention and care to it.

Before I share about some examples that you might explore,

What others throughout history explored,

Go within right now to find out how you will choose to align with and set sacred space.

Close your eyes and connect with your highest self,

However that works for you,

Just intend it.

Ask the following three questions of your higher self.

How can I best align with sacred space?

Allow whatever image,

Whatever thought,

Whatever words to come through.

How can I best align with sacred space?

And just jot it down.

Number two,

What methods,

Steps,

Or rituals will best support me in setting sacred space?

Again,

Allowing whatever thought,

Visual,

Image,

Whatever comes through to come through.

And number three,

What tools will best support me in setting sacred space?

Allowing whatever is going to come through to come through.

Now you probably didn't have enough time to go into detail with this exercise,

So I encourage you to do this after the recording.

The questions again are,

How can I best align with sacred space?

What methods,

Steps,

Or rituals will best support me in setting sacred space?

What methods,

Steps,

Or rituals will best support me in setting sacred space?

And number three,

What tools will best support me in setting sacred space?

What tools will best support me in setting sacred space?

And just allow to come whatever comes.

Connect with your heart,

See the images,

You may have a knowing,

You may just already know when I ask the question.

And after you receive your answer,

Write it down and take as much time as you desire to get the answers.

So here are some examples of aligning with or setting sacred space.

And remember,

You are not setting,

Quote unquote,

Setting sacred space since all space is already sacred.

Instead,

You are aligning your energy with the frequency to which you care to give and receive.

You are intending for the frequency to be in such a way so that whatever activity you will engage with is seen and nourished.

Here are some examples of commonly known sacred times when you may bring your sacredness to it in obvious ways.

Weddings,

Baptisms,

Births,

Funerals,

Tests,

Speaking engagements,

Religious ceremonies,

Ailments or diseases,

Prayers.

When you attend to or engage with such activities or events,

You change your demeanor,

What you are wearing,

How much care you give,

The energy you expend to understand and honor what is happening.

You ask for help with reverence and respect.

Can you imagine if you did this with everything?

I wonder if you would engage with fewer things.

I wonder if your care would help us all heal at warp speed because of the care you bring to everything.

Here are some examples of things you can choose to engage with or what others have historically done when setting sacred space either daily or for an event or ceremony.

You may set up an altar.

You may say a prayer.

You may use objects to represent a frequency like an altar cloth or pictures of wise ones and ascended masters.

You might light a candle or have some crystals,

An earthen bowl with some water in it,

Some herbs or incense,

Any kind of medicines that you connect with,

Some food or flowers or other offerings.

Different cultures throughout history engaged with specific rituals for how they aligned with and set sacred space for their ceremonies or daily practices.

They are sacred to their culture and communities.

It is best to allow them to be sacred,

To not use their rituals and practices for your own unless gifted to you.

Instead,

Find your own alignment and setting of sacred space.

Consider researching your ancestors to understand how they worked with and set their own sacred space.

If you wish to create an altar,

To say a prayer or call in the directions or to use specific objects to represent a frequency,

Then I encourage you to turn into your highest self and ask how to do so for what you are intending.

You can also utilize your intuition to receive the answers without having to journey to your highest self.

I desire for you to use your intuition to align with what sacred space means for you without planting ideas in your mind,

Which is why I prefer for you to go within and ask your higher self.

You may choose methods and practices that resonate and work better for you.

Everything I shared is open for anyone to use.

There is no right or wrong way.

What is most important is your attention,

Care and reverence to the spaces with which you are engaging.

Here are some next steps to creating your sacred spaces.

Once you decide how you will align with and set sacred space,

Your next task is to prepare the environments and gather your tools and materials,

Regardless of if it is physical or energetic.

This may mean clearing out a space in a room or your mind so you can practice.

When you do this,

Do so with genuine care and with attention to everything you are changing and utilizing.

You may wish to make it as beautiful as you can and in an energy or vibration where you are held,

Supported,

Nourished,

Honored and seen.

It may mean purchasing or finding the tools and materials that you wish to utilize.

When you purchase items,

Do so with gratitude,

Thanking and honoring them for how they will support you.

If you gather them from nature,

Ask permission and give an offering prior to receiving and do so with gratitude and honor.

When you utilize your tools while aligning with sacred space,

Bless each object to its purpose.

Note that you are space,

Meaning you are sacred space.

Honor and give gratitude for yourself,

Always blessing yourself to your purpose before engaging in your sacred activity.

You may create multiple spaces,

Including one in your home,

One in your car or a small kit to take with you when you travel.

A physical space isn't required.

You may desire to create and align with an energetic space that is always with you.

Remember,

You are sacred space.

Whatever you choose to align with or create,

Build a relationship with this space,

Engage with it daily,

Even if just for a few minutes.

It doesn't require a lot of effort or energy,

Just an acknowledgement.

It can be as simple as three deep breaths or a deep bow.

Bringing attention to spaces and how you engage with them has the potential to create abundant healing because of the awareness and care you are giving to everything and everyone.
