This meditation is centered on softening the inner critic and reconnecting with your intuition as a way to return home to your heart, to nature, and to self-love. Through breath, presence, body awareness, and mindful observation, you’ll cultivate self-trust, compassion, and the freedom to simply be. This practice supports you in daily life to create more ease, calm, and self-compassion—especially when feeling distracted, overwhelmed, self-critical, or the feeling of not enoughness.

Hola.

Welcome in.

It's wonderful to connect with you here.

My name is Jordan,

And today's meditation is for embodying self-compassion.

So much of our days are about doing,

Crossing things off our to-do list,

Perhaps being there for another,

Always sacrificing yourself for others.

You may experience criticism from within certain parts of you that don't necessarily feel they are a part of your true self and your true nature.

And perhaps this criticism shows up as self-imposed,

Like you're not doing enough,

Not getting enough done,

Or perhaps it feels like there's not enough time.

The busyness of life has a way of consuming our minds,

And along the way,

It's possible to become disconnected from our body,

From our intuition,

From that inner voice,

That inner wisdom that guides us every moment of every day.

And so much of our conditioning around our self-identity and our self-worth is based on what we do,

What we achieve,

And what we have.

Today,

We shift this conversation,

And we journey into being,

To observing,

To acceptance,

Self-compassion,

And unconditional love for ourselves.

Together,

We are creating balance between our masculine energy and our feminine energy.

We all have both within us.

This is not about sex or gender.

We all embody our divine masculine and our divine feminine.

And divine feminine energy is being.

It's getting quiet.

It's about listening.

It's about trusting with discernment and creating what your heart desires from a place of magnetism and love,

Self-love,

And a love that translates from the self,

Knowing that what you create and you put out there into the world,

Just by being you,

Is helping others heal,

Be inspired,

Be empowered.

You are helping others just by being you.

And so when we reflect on moments where criticism feels like it takes over,

We can trust that this is an opportunity for loving ourselves more,

And for loving ourselves more deeply,

For trying new things and making an effort,

And just by simply being ourselves.

In this moment,

Be present.

Take a deep breath.

Inhale.

Hold it.

Allow your shoulders to soften.

Expand your heart.

Allow yourself to feel held by the earth.

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Exhale.

Let it go.

Tune into your body sensations and where you can soften.

Where in your body can you send your breath with compassion and empathy?

Allow your shoulders to melt.

Gravitate towards the surface beneath you.

Imagine you are connected to the core of the earth with a massive,

Bright,

Golden light that expresses love and compassion in its purest form through you.

Empower your posture.

What would you say to yourself from a place of compassion and pure,

Unconditional love?

Place your hands on your heart and feel into your own inner radiance.

Be mindful of your solar plexus just beneath your heart.

Do you feel tension there?

Can you feel energy expanding?

Can you send your breath there to allow your own inner empowerment to express itself?

Can you let go of the expectations of others and return to what is you?

What it is you need in this moment to connect,

To release,

To soften,

To listen to your own inner wisdom?

Where in your body do you feel physical sensations releasing themselves?

And just notice.

Perhaps you can feel the tension releasing.

And wherever you do feel tension,

Send your breath there and send your own love and compassion.

Check in with your throat.

Perhaps you feel stuck and stagnant energy building up.

And can you create space for releasing?

Where can you express more deeply from a place of loving yourself,

Expressing what you need and your gratitude for you,

For others?

And all that brings wisdom,

Joy,

And ease into your life.

Where can we tolerate the criticism,

The chaos,

And still deeply love ourselves?

So that we are embodying compassion in the face of confrontation.

Together,

Let's take a deep breath on three.

One,

Two,

Three,

Inhale.

Hold it at the top.

Allow your shoulders to soften.

Ground your feet into the earth.

Allow your heart to open.

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Exhale.

Let it go.

Remember,

You are loved.

You are accepted.

You are doing your best and you are enough.

You have all of the resources you need within you for embodying unconditional love,

Self-trust,

Abundance,

Clarity,

Ease,

And whatever else you want to name.

You have the innate ability to creatively self-actualize the life you desire.

And embodying compassion for yourself,

Appreciating you,

Is a gateway to your own inner freedom.

And connection to who you naturally are.

Set an intention for your day.

And how can you embody compassion?

Because remember,

This not only benefits you,

It's also helping others.

Have a beautiful day.

I am sending you oceans of love.
