Welcome to Janarjee Healing,
And welcome to this nervous system reset meditation.
In this space,
We will use the power of breath,
Visualization,
And mindful awareness to bring your body back into balance.
Throughout the day,
Your nervous system processes countless signals,
And sometimes it can become overwhelmed,
Leaving you feeling tense,
Anxious,
Or disconnected.
This meditation will help you restore a sense of calm,
Bringing your body and mind into harmony.
Let's get started.
Begin by finding a comfortable seated or lying position.
Simply close your eyes and allow yourself to become aware of your breath.
There is nothing you need to do in this moment other than to be here.
With every inhale,
Imagine you are inviting peace into your body.
With every exhale,
Imagine releasing any tension or stress that no longer serves you.
We will now start by focusing on your breath.
Just let your breath flow like a soothing wave,
Calming your mind and body.
Together,
Let's take a deep inhale through your nose for a count of 4.
1,
2,
3,
4.
Now hold for a count of 4.
1,
2,
3,
4.
And exhale slowly through your mouth for a count of 6.
1,
2,
3,
4,
5,
6.
Let's repeat that again.
Inhale 1,
2,
3,
4.
Hold 1,
2,
3,
4.
And exhale 1,
2,
3,
4,
5,
6.
As you continue this breath rhythm on your own,
Feel each breath flowing like a wave of calm through your body,
Soothing your mind and nervous system.
As you continue breathing,
Visualize or otherwise imagine a soft,
Warm light glowing at the base of your spine.
This light represents the calming energy of your parasympathetic nervous system,
The part of you that promotes rest and healing.
With every breath,
Visualize this light expanding,
Filling your entire body with warmth and peace.
Beautiful.
Now,
Bring your attention to your heart.
Feel the steady rhythm of your heartbeat,
And with each beat,
Remind yourself that you are safe and your body is capable of deep healing.
Let this rhythm connect you to the present moment,
Anchoring you in peace and letting go of your worries.
Beautiful.
When thoughts arise,
Simply observe them and let them float away like clouds,
Knowing that this time is for your reset.
Just continue to breathe,
Allowing the light to flow from the base of your spine to the top of your head,
Then down your body,
Filling you with calm energy.
Beautiful.
As we prepare to close this meditation,
Bring your attention back to your breath.
Notice the peace you've created within yourself.
Trust that this calmness can be accessed any time by returning to your breath and inviting your body to reset.
Take one more deep breath in,
Hold for a moment,
And then slowly exhale,
Letting go of any remaining tension.

Your body and mind are now in greater harmony.
