Many of us grew up in environments where safety was uncertain, where fear became a constant companion. In this dialogue, the inner child gives voice to that fear, and the adult self responds with steadiness and love.

Listen gently, and let the words remind you that while fear may rise, it no longer defines you.

Hello, And welcome to Janoji Healing. Take a moment to settle, Feel your body supported by the ground beneath you, And let your breath slow down. One hand on your heart, One hand on your belly, And whisper gently, I'm safe. I'm here. I'm not leaving myself. This is an inner child dialogue, A space where we listen to the younger part of ourselves and respond with love, Safety, And truth. Let's begin. I'm scared. It feels like something bad could happen at any moment. My body doesn't relax. I don't feel safe. I see, Little one. Fear became your constant companion because back then, Life really was uncertain. You had to stay on edge, Watching everything, Just to survive, And that makes so much sense. I understand why your body feels tense right now. But what if no one comes to help me? What if I'm left alone again? You are not alone anymore. I am here. I am grown now, With strength and choices I didn't have back then. I know how to keep us safe. I know how to walk away when something isn't right. And fear doesn't have to run the show anymore. I do. But the fear feels so big, Like it could swallow me. Yes, It feels big, But we are bigger. We can let the fear move through without letting it take over. It can be here, But it cannot harm us now. You don't have to carry it by yourself anymore. I will hold us steady. Take a slow breath and place both hands over your heart and whisper, I've got us. I choose to stay. Fear may rise, But it no longer defines us. We are rooted. We are safe. And we are together. Know that you are safe. Know that you are loved. Namaste.
