This track is part of the Inner Child Dialogue Series, moving through the chakras and their shadows. Here, we meet the heart chakra and the shadow of grief.

Many of us carried sorrow too big for us to hold as children — grief for loss, heartbreak, or the ache of love that could not stay. In this dialogue, the inner child voices that grief, and the adult self responds with compassion and steadiness.

Together, we remember that grief is not a sign of brokenness, but of deep love — and that we do not have to carry it alone.

The healing happens in the staying.
