
Becoming Authentic Again
In this Meditation I will guide you step by step to tap into your deepest layers of Awareness and Consciousness. Once you are fully Relaxed, you will be guided to connect to the White Canvas where you can start all over again, to Re-Create and ReDesign your Ideal Life; by also aknowledging your Inner Child and Re-Connecting with your Passions. This meditation will help you to get back to your Creativity, Re-Awaken your deepest Motivations, and Inspire you to Move forward towards your Goals and Dreams. (It took my lots of work, but still I wanted to open it for Free to Everyone, as my Heart Commandment. Hello and welcome to this new meditation where I will guide you to connect with your full authenticity.
To begin with,
I invite you to find a comfortable position to relax your shoulders,
Relax your jaw,
Relax your neck,
Relax your back,
Open your chest and find a place where you will not be disturbed.
To proceed I invite you to begin with a deep inhalation,
Feeling how your belly expands as a buddha belly and with each exhalation how your belly contracts,
Feeling as if your navel were to find your spine.
Keep grounding yourself with every breath,
Just bringing your whole awareness to the movement of the breathing in your belly.
As you move with these sensations I invite you to bring also the awareness of new sensations coming through your nostrils,
So each time that you are going to inhale you feel fresh air coming in through your nostrils and every time that you exhale you feel warm air coming out from your nostrils.
Try to mix this and combine this with the awareness of the movement of the belly,
Expansion of the breath of the belly with each inhalation,
Feeling the fresh energy coming in and now feeling the warm air coming out and the contraction of your belly.
Keep flowing at your natural rhythm,
Finding your own stillness,
Finding your own presence and going beyond what you think you can see,
What you think you can hear,
What you think you can taste,
What you smell,
What you touch.
Try to enhance and improve your five senses,
Going beyond what you think you are capable of and understanding and feeling that within the present there are infinite layers that you can tap into.
Each time that you connect more with the body,
More with the breath,
That you tune in into your relaxation mode,
That you are stepping out of your cortisol levels and your sympathetic system,
Then you will find more alignment,
Peace and joy within and within those feelings you will find there is more,
There is a present,
A gift for you.
As you move through the awareness,
Now I want you to imagine the number 3 three times,
Mentally repeat it and visualize it,
Being the number 3 the one that relax your full body from head to toes,
From toes to head.
Imagine how you are relaxing even the tiniest part of your body,
Going through the nails,
Through the tiny hairs in different parts of your body,
Even going to a tissue,
Cellular or bone level.
And for about one minute just focus on this full relaxation imagining that the association of number 3,
That is like an anchor for future reference,
Will help you relax your full body and please bring awareness to any part of your body that may be stiff or maybe that you are feeling some pain and fully relax,
Fully relax your whole body,
Just try to do your best.
Deep inhalation,
Expanding the belly,
Feeling the fresh air coming in,
Exhale contracting the belly and feeling the warm air sensation coming through your nostrils.
My next invitation is for you to visualize and mentally repeat the number 2 three times and associate the number 2 for future reference to anchor into the full mental relaxation.
For this I will give you a technique of imaginary and visualization that is basically imagining and visualizing that you are a mountain,
Very big mountain,
Very grounded mountain,
A very beautiful mountain,
Filled with trees,
With birds,
Lots of wildlife,
And imagine that all the thoughts,
All the emotions and all the body sensations are the clouds that are passing by in front of you.
In addition I invite you to imagine that you are the observer,
You are now in the observer mode where you are detached even from your body feelings,
Just allow the clouds,
The thoughts,
Emotions and the body sensations to come and go with ease,
Grace and flow.
In that stillness,
In that emptiness you allow yourself just to be,
Be and breathe.
Now that you are fully relaxed on your mind,
Integrating the information that you are grounded within your mountain,
I invite you to take a deep inhalation and with the next exhalation you are going to mentally repeat and visualize the number 1 three times,
Associating the number 1 for future reference as an anchor to your greatest intention,
Your intention for today,
Your intention for the week,
Your intention for the month,
3 months ahead,
6 months ahead or 1 year ahead,
Bring that intention and multiply it with the emotion,
Align with gratitude,
Stating to the higher energies,
To the higher power,
To whatever you believe in,
That this is already yours,
It is already happening and you are bringing this from a parallel universe,
From the future,
From the no space and no time,
To this moment,
To this present,
To this gift and anchoring this intention with the emotion,
Bringing this information to a cellular level,
Bringing this into your body and allowing your brain to absorb the seed that you have sowed so that your subconscious mind can work and lead your way with synchronicities,
Serendipities,
Amazing people,
New opportunities,
Alignment,
Abundance,
Freedom,
Love,
Peace,
Joy,
Coming into your way in unexpected ways,
Knocking your door,
Now take a full breath in and absorb and integrate this information and as you exhale,
Let go anything that may be an obstacle,
That may be blocking all the miracles that are available for you,
With the next inhalation open the door to this new information,
To all the blessings,
To all the love,
To all the peace,
To all the abundance,
To all the health,
To all the joy,
You may also want to open your arms,
Breathe in deeply and integrate a positive affirmation such as,
I am open and receptive,
I am open and receptive,
I am open and receptive too,
Aligned with your desired intention,
Now that you are more anchored and grounded in this present moment,
I invite you to go even deeper,
Imagining that you are entering from a terrace into a very old elevator that goes really slow,
You are entering this very slow elevator,
Very antique and old elevator and you are in a terrace,
So you are entering this,
Imagine that you are in the penthouse and that you are clicking the bottom of the basement and with each exhalation you are gonna go down one story of this building,
Next exhalation 9,
Next exhalation 8,
Next exhalation 7 and going deeper and deeper each time,
Next exhalation 6,
Next exhalation 5,
Next exhalation 4 and going deeper and deeper inside of you,
Into the observer mode,
Going deeper in your intention next exhalation 2,
Next exhalation 1 and now you get to the basement,
The doors of the elevator open to you and you step outside,
Now imagine that you are fully visualizing a blank,
A white canvas where this is the reflection of your life,
Imagining that you are the designer,
You are the architect you are the painter,
You are the writer,
You are the artist of your own canvas so now I invite you to fully connect with your childhood memories,
What were the things that you mostly loved doing?
What were the things that you were desiring to be when you grew up?
What were the things that you did that you can,
You did them forever and the time just flew away you didn't notice even the time,
The day flew and you continued doing this with so much excitement and you were waiting for the next day to be for doing again that activity and again and again and share with your friends,
Perhaps you wanted to be a pilot,
Perhaps you wanted to be a cook a sports player,
Football player,
Tennis player,
Volleyball player,
Perhaps you wanted to be a model you wanted to be a flight attendant,
A singer,
A dancer,
A musician think about of all of these things you wanted to be and the things you loved doing the most perhaps all the passions you loved doing the most when you were a child and how creative were you,
How connected were you to your heart,
To your deep desires remember that you are still that person,
That child is still inside of you and the trick here is to reconnect with that inner child,
With that innocence,
With that curiosity,
With that openness to life that see everything as a surprise and that doesn't judge anything that has no limits that feel no fear for everything that she or he wants connect to that pure innocence,
To that pure divine guidance of that inner child and take the hand of that inner child,
However you want to call it and bring it to here and now but also if you feel so,
Saying sorry for forgetting about her,
About him,
For ignoring him or her or for not paying attention at all or just sometimes by being this adult that gets so immersed in adult responsibilities and fully forget about its full authenticity,
Full creativity,
Playfulness begin to connect to that deep playfulness,
To that deep authenticity that you are with your virtues,
With your values,
With your gifts I know you know what are your gifts beyond the mental skills that we have developed and acquired during our studies we have this uniqueness that we are born with that make us so different and so valuable to humanity so I invite you to fully connect with these gifts perhaps it's something that you have seen a pattern that people tell to you for example that you are a calm person that you are very creative that you are very humble that you have a very gentle heart that you really know how to listen that you are very extroverted and have really good skills for public speaking that you are really good at networking that you are really good at sports that your dishes,
Your plates taste delicious that you draw incredible that you sing beautiful that you have really good eye for taking pictures connecting to that pure divine gifts that are mostly aligned to your inner child take a full breath in and hold it on your chest with all the gratitude and bring the remembering of who you truly are and from that sense of self love and compassion give that sense of self love and compassion a color and expand this color around your whole heart area,
Your whole body and integrate this information saying thanks in advance for what you are already manifesting within you for this new connection,
Neurological pathways of this brain and heart coherence that is aligning for this new seed that you are sowing bring total presence with gratitude and forgiveness and compassion and joy for recognizing,
For being so brave to dive into yourself to see beyond the veils and see yourself,
See your light see the love that you cherish inside that makes you so unique and that the world is craving for that love to be shared for those words to be spoken for those ears to pay attention and listen for this body to move and express freely for this mind to align to its purpose and take action with coherence,
With the fire of purpose to bring from the spiritual realm,
From the ether from the imaginary world to this tangible 3D world all of these gifts that humanity is awaiting to receive,
Connect to that inner power keep breathing at your own rhythm and finding this love within your heart and sowing this seed that makes you so unique I invite you to always come back to this meditation to remember who you truly are and to not be afraid of the silence,
Of the solitude because this is where you find the space where this space broadens and you can dive and immerse deeply into that space into that void,
Into that nothingness where you can actually find yourself and recognize that everything is available for you just depends on you believing in your own light believing in yourself and that if you believe in yourself you can take action and bring this to the world so that you can also inspire others to embrace their full authenticity their full inner joy freedom and peace turn around see again the elevator see how the doors are opening and before stepping into that elevator see the whole canvas the portrait,
The painting the story,
The book whatever you created as your own story see it fully with eyes of love take a mental picture with the heart and now enter into the elevator press the penthouse and begin to ascend and come back even more present,
Even more alive even better than before 1 2 3 4 5 coming back gently to this present moment awakening your whole body bit by bit and really anchoring to your intention 6 7 and as you are going to open your eyes you are going to feel better than before more awake,
More alive more healthy with more purpose,
With more energy more aligned to who you truly are and really integrated with your inner child be ready to open your eyes 9 inhale deeply open your eyes bring the hands to your heart bring gratitude and embrace this feeling to take it with you anytime you need it take care my friend with lots of love Yoganda Namaste
