Hello and welcome to this breathwork and meditation.
Today we will practice a breathwork that is very useful to tap into your nervous system and is called the shamanic breathing.
This was proportioned by the shamans of Peru to one of my masters and consists also on the double breathing.
You inhale two times with the nose and you exhale with the mouth.
Make sure that when you inhale you're going to expand one time the belly and the second time the chest.
And then you exhale by activating the throat and allowing you to activate your parasympathetic system,
The vagus nerve and the hypothalamus.
So let's begin by inhaling soft and gentle.
First we will begin with a soft round Just inhaling from the nose one time and exhaling with the mouth like Amazing.
Activate your throat.
Make sure to release all the tensions on your neck,
On your shoulders and jaw.
Inhale deeply with the nose and exhale like Exactly.
Amazing.
Continue at your own pace,
At your own rhythm and while you do so bring your intention to mind.
Whatever you want to work on today bring it to this moment and make sure to place it in one place of your body.
It could be your heart,
It could be your mind.
Whatever you feel comfortable place that emotion,
That intention connected to the emotion inside your body.
Keep breathing and releasing each time more the tensions.
Inhale and exhale.
Inhale and exhale like And now let's begin by inhaling at your own rhythm two times with the nose Exhale with the mouth Inhale two times.
Remember expanding first the belly,
Then the chest,
Then releasing now Ah inhale,
Exhale.
Keep breathing Two times inhale,
One time exhale While you do so bring your intention to mind.
Whatever you want to manifest,
Maybe it could be a partner,
Health and vitality,
Improve your financial situation,
Maybe a career,
Increase development,
Maybe a better relationship with your partner or your family members or delving more into your passions Keep breathing and bringing this into your nervous system rewiring your intentions,
The circuits Start to increment the speed Ah keep breathing,
Keep breathing.
Let's do 10 times more.
You can do it faster now One last time.
Inhale deeply,
Release all the air out Now fill it in.
Soft,
Lovely and gentle breathing And then release all the air out And stay there,
Don't breathe,
Hold Enter into that emptiness,
Into that nothingness Where all the possibilities are there,
All the opportunities How deep do you want this?
How deep do you want this transformation for your life?
Stay there,
Hold your manifestation aligned with the intention and the emotion And now take a deep breath,
Inhale Soft and gentle and then sip it in like with a straw And hold it.
Relax your jaw,
Neck and shoulders Exhale all the air out Ah expand this energy throughout your body Now inhale again,
Soft and gentle Sip more air in and hold it And now exhale and expand this energy throughout your whole body Take a full breath in Long breath out Another breath in,
Fill it in And now press your pelvic floor,
Navel in Bring the energy through the spine up until your pineal gland.
Hold it,
Squeeze it And bring gratitude as your manifestation is already yours Hold your manifestation,
Squeeze it,
Feel the expansion of your pineal gland And then exhale and expand this energy around your body Wonderful,
Bring gratitude and joy to this moment Full it in again Sip it in and squeeze it,
Squeeze your pelvic floor,
Navel in And then relax fully and expand this energy And gentle,
Sweet breathing,
Exhale all the air out Stay there,
Don't breathe,
Hold it Hold your manifestation into that emptiness where you meet with your inner self If you have any question,
