Meditation Timer OnlineJess works as a Clinical Psychologist and EMDR therapist with a special interest in supporting people navigating trauma, burnout, neurodivergence and long-term health conditions. She is a dedicated practitioner of meditation and yoga and is completing yoga teacher training. She is passionate about acknowledging and integrating the ancient teachings of yoga and buddhism which underpin much of modern day therapy approaches, such as compassion, acceptance and somatic work. Her goal is to support people and communities build a sense of safety, connection and authenticity amongst the often chaotic, disconnected and overstimulated environments we inhabit. Jess hopes to create a therapeutic space (and society) that respects and appreciates difference and diversity and welcomes all beliefs, backgrounds and neurotypes. All of her offerings are trauma-informed and aim to be inclusive and accessible.
